About: Ever since I was a kid, I've had love and fascination for all kinds of animals - including dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, snakes, crickets, even fishflies! I understood from a young age that each living creature has a place and a purpose on this planet, and that it's our job as humans to respect them. My home and life have been full of canine love since 2021. My first furry soulmate is Pumpkin, a smushy-faced Shar Pei pitt who loves carrots, long walks, and couch patrol. Years later, at the beginning of 2026, Frankie, a German Shepherd -Lab, came into my life after being a stray for over a year. Her spunk, sweetness, and intelligence taught me very important lessons on acclimation, reactivity training, and understanding a dog's needs on a deeper level. Most recently, a puppy has joined the pack - Violet, in all her piggy glory! She has been Frankie's favorite playmate and Pumpkin's favorite snuggle buddy. I have been sitting on Rover since Fall 2025, and I am overwhelmingly grateful not only for the abundance of wonderful animals that I have had the pleasure of caring for, but also for their owners who have trusted them in my hands. With each booking, I devote my attention to ensuring that the pets are well fed and hydrated, they've received appropriate stimuli from either walks or playtime, and that they've received extra snuggles (if they want them!) I understand that it's also important to take care of the pets' owners as well, so I've prided myself in being an excellent communicator. In this past year, I have cared for all kinds of dogs - puppies, seniors, special needs, bonded pairs, high- and low- energy, you name it! I have also gleefully enjoyed the presence of several cats and even a few bunnies! Whatever the breed or species may be, I do not discriminate one bit :) In short, I have had quite a few years of experience with taking care of pets, and I have proven myself to be communicative and reliable. I have a big heart for all creatures, big & small, and I have more than enough love to go around! I work remotely and I live in a walkable area, so whether I am needed for a quick walk/drop-in while the pet owner is out of the house or at work, I have ample time throughout the day to take care of the pet. For any new pet, I understand that a bit of acclimation is necessary to gain the pet's trust. If the owner would like, I can meet the pet ahead of time to determine its temperance level and I'll respect any special needs that the pet has. I will cater my behavior and energy level towards the pet so that it doesn't become overwhelmed. I also have the strength and endurance to take pets for long walks and maintain good leash control. Lastly, I know a number of First Aid / CPR tactics for both dogs & cats alike, and I have the aptitude to learn anything else that is necessary for the pet's care.

About: Loving care for family dogs has been a daily fundamental for years — excited to provide a safe happy and playful environment to all our furry friends! I have loved caring for neighborhood dogs and cats for years. I’m finding myself with more time for walks now that my dog Sadie is spending more time around the house… eager to be an enriching and fun loving caretaker for furry friends! Yard is very spacious and fenced in. Close attention during play and daily exercise activities are paramount to me. While walking I prefer to be extra cautious, aware of surroundings without ear buds in, carrying water and reward snacks with us.

About: My grandmother drilled the importance of treating all life with respect and dignity, and through that I have learned to love all forms of pet-life. I want to ensure that you are at ease when important life events arise, and you need to leave the most vulnerable members of your family. I've been taking care of animals, primarily cats and dogs, since I was 10 and I hope to have the privilege of caring for your pet too :) I work part-time as a barista and spend the rest of my time caring for my own pets, pursuing hobbies of mine, and studying for school. This leaves me with ample time to get to know new animals, their personalities, and to provide them with all the love they desire. A big part of pet-care is communication between 3 parties; the owner, the sitter, and the pet themselves. About: I’ve always grown up with multiple dogs at a time. My parents currently love a 5 year old German shepherd, an 8 year old English shepherd, and an 8 year old Staffordshire terrier. I myself now love a 2 year old Irish setter doodle that I have well trained with my boyfriend, and a 3 year old orange tabby kitten! I work in the medical sales industry, so no two days are the same. I usually don’t have a full day however, so if I’m scheduled with your pet, they have my full attention! I currently love a 2 year old male Irish doodle puppy and a 3 year old female orange tabby kitten. They are very friendly with each other and everyone who visits. We think it's important to have rules and structure so they are both trained and well behaved but thoroughly loved and cared for. l am comfortable with putting dogs in crates, letting them out, feeding, and administering medication if necessary; really whatever attending to their normal schedule.

During walks, I will use the leash and equipment you provide, remain aware of our surroundings, avoid unsafe situations, and follow any instructions regarding other dogs, people, traffic, or preferred walking routes. For drop-in visits, I will carefully follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, playtime, and companionship. I will make sure doors, gates, and crates are securely closed before leaving. I will also respect your home, clean up after your pet as needed, and send updates and photos so you know your pet is safe and well cared for.

About: I grew up with German Shepherds in my home all my life. I have taken care of dogs/cats since I was a teenager for friends, teachers, and family. Dogs have ranged from Shih Tzu's to Bernese Mountain Dogs. I am very active, so walks and playing with the animals is not a problem. I work from home three days a week, so dog sitting or dog walking fits into my schedule. On the two days I go into the office, I am able to be home by 5:30pm. I am very flexible and willing to work with my clients to ensure their pets are taken care of within the timeframe they need. I will be very attentive to your pets needs when house sitting and walking them. I would provide them with food, fresh water and companionship in addition to taking them for walks and getting them excursive. I love to cuddle and play ball, keeping the pets engaged and distracted from the fact their owner is gone for a short period.

About: Our pets deserve the best care when we aren't there. I am able to do so, and can fulfill any extra instructions given to me about medications or specific play or if you want some light training. If your dog has any behavioral issues, please make sure to bring that up so I can prepare for that. While this app is usually for dogs and cats, I can also take care of small animals like guinea pigs and rabbits, or even reptiles and fish! I’m currently self employed, and I make my own schedule, so I have all the time in the world to take care of furry family members at any time. I’m extremely receptive to all instruction on how pet owners like things done in their home and with their pet(s). If your pet is on a strict schedule between eating and playing and bathroom times, I can easily stick to that. Pets and their owners always take priority.
