About: I always acknowledge that our furry friends aren’t just pets, but living beings with feelings and boundaries that deserve to be respected. If your pet needs a little more time and patience getting to know me, I’m open to doing a meet and greet in your home before you decide to fully commit to make sure everyone is comfortable before we establish a working relationship! I work from home so my schedule is flexible! I prefer mornings and afternoons, though I can adjust my hours to fit you and your individual needs. I provide plentiful updates and clear communication to ensure that you and your pet are well taken care of, if it’s important to you it’s important to me!
“Camille is hands down the best and most loving dog sitter/walker. Being the first time we left our 1-year-old puppy, Dreamer, we were a little anxious, but the moment we met Camille all of our fears disappeared. Our Goldendoodle absolutely adored her and was calm and happy when we returned home. At the mention of her name even a day later, he gets so excited and runs for the door as if she’s visiting! Camille sent us several photos of Dreamer to reassure and update us that he was doing well. She is reliable, incredibly attentive, honest ,and kind. If you want a fur baby walker who will treat your dog like their own family, hire Camille! ♥️😇”

“Danielle was great! Friendly and sweet to my pup. She also helped me out when I’m in a bind recovering from a surgery. Really appreciate the whole experience.”

“Lonie came to walk my dog Jasper and did such a great job! She spent extra time playing with him in the backyard to help him get his zoomies out, which he absolutely loved. It’s clear she really cares about dogs and enjoys spending time with them. Jasper was happy and calm afterward — thank you, Lonie! Sincerely, Rebecca Freeman”

“Hi highly recommend Greg! I was fortunate enough to not only book him last minute so my pup could get in a walk, but also able to do so on New Years Eve. My pup was obviously quite fond of him because he didn't want to stop playing with Greg once he brought him back home from the walk, and he continued to bring over one toy after the next to show him. I look forward to booking him again in the near future.”

About: Animals have always been one of my greatest passions and being able to work with them is a dream come true. I personally have owned and taken care of dogs, tropical and freshwater fish, small pets, and cats. I’ve also spent time volunteering at animal shelters and have experience in house-sitting and pet-sitting locally. I’m currently enrolled in evening cosmetology classes 5-10pm Mon-Thurs and work Saturday mornings 8-3. Otherwise I’m mostly a homebody who enjoys spending time with my pets and outside. I have a couple of my own pets so I’d rather not keep other pets at my place for extended periods of time (unless they’re fully up to date on vaccines, shots, and behavioral training), but I’m happy to assist in anyway I can at your house. I can do basic cleaning and of course pet care such as walking, watering, feeding, taking outside, playing, etc.. I can lock the house and leave the key in a predetermined location if needed. I’m happy to follow any house rules, special instructions, and anything extra needed for the pets, including medications or continuing ongoing training.
About: Ever since I was a kid, I've had love and fascination for all kinds of animals - including dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, crickets, even fishflies! I understood from a young age that each living creature has a place and a purpose on this planet, and that it's our job as humans to respect them. My experience with pet care first began with a family goldfish, and eventually a couple of parakeets. I quickly learned that there are responsibilities that come with not only physically taking care of a pet, but tending to their emotional needs as well. In 2018, I started taking care of my loved ones' pets when they were out of town or just needed a little extra help - ranging from my brother's dog to my best friend's cat. I have devoted my attention in these situations to ensuring that the pets are well fed and hydrated, they've received appropriate stimuli from either walks or playtime, and that they've received extra snuggles (if they want them!) I understand that it's also important to take care of the pets' owners as well, so I've prided myself in being an excellent communicator. In 2021, a sweet little peanut came into my life - a smushy-faced, Shar Pei mutt named Mischief. He has lived up to his name, but in a good way! We have spent the past four years munching on carrots (his favorite), going on long walks at the park, and burying ourselves under the covers on rainy days. He has made me a very happy dog mom, and from the very beginning we have had a special emotional bond that still amazes me to this day. In short, I have had quite a few years of experience with taking care of pets, and I have proven myself to be communicative and reliable. I have a big heart for all creatures, big & small, and I have more than enough love to go around! I work remotely and I live in a walkable area, so whether I am needed for a quick walk/drop-in while the pet owner is out of the house or at work, I have ample time throughout the day to take care of the pet. For any new pet, I understand that a bit of acclimation is necessary to gain the pet's trust. If the owner would like, I can meet the pet ahead of time to determine its temperance level and I'll respect any special needs that the pet has. I will cater my behavior and energy level towards the pet so that it doesn't become overwhelmed. I also have the strength and endurance to take pets for long walks and maintain good leash control. Lastly, I know a number of First Aid / CPR tactics for both dogs & cats alike, and I have the aptitude to learn anything else that is necessary for the pet's care.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life. I’ve been a dog/cat/house sitter before on and off especially during covid. I love long walks, play time and cuddles. Making your pet happy would make me happy too. I miss living at home with family pet. Currently I work part time as hairstylist working on building there clientele. I would be availbe for morning and late walks during my working days . On my days off I will have way more availability even mid day availablity for walks. House sitting nights can vary a little depending on my schedule but am pretty flexible. My house is not available for sitting. When staying at your place I will let dog/cat out into back yard leashed if no fence. Even if there is a fence I will be there watching the dog/cat. When comming in and leaving the house I will lock all doors for mine and pets safety. I will follow any other instructions of home owner .

About: I’m an animal lover through and through! Tragically, my landlord doesn’t allow pets, so I get my fill of snuggles and belly rubs through pet sitting and volunteering at animal shelters. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and reliable to care for your pet, and it’s a responsibility I take seriously. I especially enjoy working with anxious pets and helping them feel safe and comfortable. I’ve yet to meet a cat or dog I couldn’t eventually win over. High-energy zoomers, cuddle bugs, divas- I love them all! I have open availability through the end of August before I begin graduate school. Send me a message and let’s chat about how I can give your pet the care and attention they deserve! I have open availability through the end of August, after which I start grad school. After that I’ll be available most Tuesday’s, Thursday’s, and weekends ☺️ I treat clients’ homes with the utmost respect and follow all house rules. It’s a privilege to care for your furry babies and a responsibility that I take very seriously.
“Ashley was the best! She gave our pup Yogi so much love and attention on their walks and was also so great with communication and flexibility! We will definitely use her for our dog walking needs in the future!”

“My dog Huxley absolutely loves when Hannah comes over! She is reliable and always on time. I feel comfortable leaving Huxley with her, knowing he will be well cared for.”

“Mat was a lifesaver for us when we were heading out of town and needed a dogwalker, he was new to our family but made us feel confident that our little dog was in great hands. We will definitely reach out to Mat for his help in the future!”
About: I have owned dozens of dogs and cats since I was young and into my adulthood. I love animals and have been called very reliable and dependable. I work very hard to make sure animals feel loved and safe in any environment. I am comfortable giving animals daily medications and any special attention they may need. This is my full time income, so your pets are my priority. I have an almost 2 year old daughter who comes with me during the weekdays before 5pm, so as long as your pets are kid friendly and it’s ok for her to come along we would be happy to book with you! I know how busy life can get, but my job is to make things a little easier for you. Help provide your animals with one on one time however they may need. I have two dogs of my own who are very strong, so walking a bigger dog is no problem. Also caring for 2 cats. I am very responsible and determined to make a good experience throughout the duration of the service. I can multitask as well if there are multiple animals in need of attention. Making sure to keep the house tidy and cleaned up to how things are usually kept in clients homes.

Jessica has been so helpful! She is extremely dependable and takes great care of my dog Daisy! It’s nice to know that Daisy is in good hands and happy while I’m at work. Jessica always leaves detailed updates on Daisy and photos of their walks. Thank you, Jessica!

Jenna has been absolutely amazing with my dog. She is always punctual, reliable, and incredibly kind. From the very first meeting, it was obvious how much she genuinely loves animals and my dog picked up on that instantly. Mia completely fell in love with her right away, which says everything. It gives me real peace of mind knowing my dog is with someone so caring, attentive, and trustworthy. Jenna goes above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate dog walker.

Isabela was fantastic! She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire stay, which I really appreciated. She stepped up right when I needed a sitter and made the whole process seamless. I will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable sitter!

We love Grace, but Greyson ADORES her. There is no hiding how he feels by the dances and talks as soon as she walks through the door 😉. She always responds very quickly, is super professional, is wonderful with pets, and I couldn't recommend her more. If you get the opportunity to book with her, I highly recommend that you do!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
