About: Ever since I was a kid, I've had love and fascination for all kinds of animals - including dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, snakes, crickets, even fishflies! I understood from a young age that each living creature has a place and a purpose on this planet, and that it's our job as humans to respect them. My home and life have been full of canine love since 2021. My first furry soulmate is Pumpkin, a smushy-faced Shar Pei pitt who loves carrots, long walks, and couch patrol. Years later, at the beginning of 2026, Frankie, a German Shepherd -Lab, came into my life after being a stray for over a year. Her spunk, sweetness, and intelligence taught me very important lessons on acclimation, reactivity training, and understanding a dog's needs on a deeper level. Most recently, a puppy has joined the pack - Violet, in all her piggy glory! She has been Frankie's favorite playmate and Pumpkin's favorite snuggle buddy. I have been sitting on Rover since Fall 2025, and I am overwhelmingly grateful not only for the abundance of wonderful animals that I have had the pleasure of caring for, but also for their owners who have trusted them in my hands. With each booking, I devote my attention to ensuring that the pets are well fed and hydrated, they've received appropriate stimuli from either walks or playtime, and that they've received extra snuggles (if they want them!) I understand that it's also important to take care of the pets' owners as well, so I've prided myself in being an excellent communicator. In this past year, I have cared for all kinds of dogs - puppies, seniors, special needs, bonded pairs, high- and low- energy, you name it! For any new pet, I understand that a bit of acclimation is necessary to gain the pet's trust. If the owner would like, I can meet the pet ahead of time to determine its temperance level and I'll respect any special needs that the pet has. I will cater my behavior and energy level towards the pet so that it doesn't become overwhelmed. I also have the strength and endurance to take pets for long walks and maintain good leash control. Lastly, I know a number of First Aid / CPR tactics for both dogs & cats alike, and I have the aptitude to learn anything else that is necessary for the pet's care.

She is now a very happy 6 year old girl :) I am currently in a masters program at Wayne State, so my class schedule varies.
