About: I grew up with German Shepherds in my home all my life. I have taken care of dogs/cats since I was a teenager for friends, teachers, and family. Dogs have ranged from Shih Tzu's to Bernese Mountain Dogs. I am very active, so walks and playing with the animals is not a problem. I work from home three days a week, so dog sitting or dog walking fits into my schedule. On the two days I go into the office, I am able to be home by 5:30pm. I am very flexible and willing to work with my clients to ensure their pets are taken care of within the timeframe they need. I will be very attentive to your pets needs when house sitting and walking them. I would provide them with food, fresh water and companionship in addition to taking them for walks and getting them excursive. I love to cuddle and play ball, keeping the pets engaged and distracted from the fact their owner is gone for a short period.

Most of my coursework and internship work can be done remotely and asynchronously, so I’m flexible and willing to adapt to your pet’s needs!! I also am from the Metro Detroit area and can stay with family there, so if you’re looking for services there I may be able to still help out. Unfortunately, my current lease agreement doesn’t allow me to have pets in my own home. That being said, I find that this is often a comfort to most pets. It can be a tough adjustment when both your owner and home are suddenly gone! I do my best to make sure I follow your pet’s routine to the best of my ability. I also take into consideration pet personalities, likes and dislikes, and try my hardest to intuitively and empathetically care for them. As someone who grew up with pets of all temperaments (from escape artists to insanely energetic to couch potatoes), I am able to build relationships with each pet individually and anticipate their wants and needs. Pets are just as smart (if not smarter ;) than people, and I make it a given that I treat them as such. There are no silly questions or requests! I am happy to cater to what YOU believe and know your pet needs, and work especially hard to keep you updated (unless you request against it). I’m a super cautious and paranoid person, which at times can be a negative. In terms of pet care, though, this means that nothing will slip through the cracks. About: My husband and I have been caring for dogs in our home for many years. In our home your furry friend will have lots of snuggles, walks and a fully fenced in yard to run around in safely. We have one 2 year female German Shepherd that's is very friendly and 3 kiddos that love LOVE our furry guests. If we have a furry guest that needs some space we have a backroom that they can have have to themselves. We are a lively home. We know that when we are looking for boarding for our girl we always look for a home similar to ours. A little busy and lots of love. We are a home educating family. We will be home with your furry one. My kiddos will probably study up on the specific breed before they even get here :-) We have a fully fenced in yard for your furry friend to run around in. And one other friendly young dog to keep them company.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my whole life and have experience with a variety of breeds and personalities. I was raised with Labs, Golden Retrievers, Doodles, and mixed breeds, and I currently have a pit mix of my own. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. Whether I’m taking your dog for a walk, stopping by to check on your cat, or caring for your pet while you’re away, my goal is always the same: to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I’d want for my own. I am currently between full time jobs, however I coach football Monday - Friday in the mid afternoon. I am available before and after coaching to take your little ones on walks. My dog is allowed on any couch or bed, she doesn’t have many restrictions other than jumping on tables, she sleeps on our bed or the guest bed depending on her mood lol. When it comes to sitting at your house, I will make sure your pup stays on their routine and follows any house rules that are in place!

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and have grown up around a large variety. I’ve pet sat and dog walked for friends and neighbors over the years off and on. I work from home during the week and come a go a bit on weekends. I wouldn’t ever be gone more than 8 hours for any animal. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. I’m very attentive to pets in my home and make sure that they are in safe environments with everything they need. I am very respectful in other people’s homes and make sure the pets are well taken care of. If boarding at my home, I did just get two roommates who live upstairs and one of them has a cat who is friendly with dogs. There is a door to separate the upstairs as well.
