I could handle feeding/letting him out but the monster (bernedoodle) needed walks and I can't strain the incision sites. With little notice Heather and Rob fit me into their schedule. Rob did a great job befriending a dog that is hesitant about men, and Snickers immediately loved (a.k.a. Jumped all over) Heather. Both took time trying to wear him out on walks. About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life. I’ve been a dog/cat/house sitter before on and off especially during covid. I love long walks, play time and cuddles. Making your pet happy would make me happy too. I miss living at home with family pet. Currently I work part time as hairstylist working on building there clientele. I would be availbe for morning and late walks during my working days . On my days off I will have way more availability even mid day availablity for walks. House sitting nights can vary a little depending on my schedule but am pretty flexible. My house is not available for sitting. When staying at your place I will let dog/cat out into back yard leashed if no fence. Even if there is a fence I will be there watching the dog/cat. When comming in and leaving the house I will lock all doors for mine and pets safety. I will follow any other instructions of home owner .

About: I’ve had multiple dogs throughout my life and currently have one border collie at home. I’m used to 1+ hour walks multiple times a day (as needed), lots and lots of engaged playtime, and work to put furry family members first! 🐕 🐾 I’m a college student that is currently on summer break; as such, I have a very flexible schedule at the moment (mornings, afternoons, evenings, etc) I make sure keep doors open/headphones off when at home/while dogsitting so that animals don’t have to work to get my attention when they need it—I aim for at least two long walks a day with my high energy dog, with shorter potty breaks interspersed during the day. I understand the importance of accurate portion control for pets and make it a point to keep animals healthy with accurate meal sizes and monitor their water intake throughout the day.
