“If I could give Jillian 10 stars, I would. This was our first time using Rover. Our dog Stella can be a lot to handle. She is anxious when meeting new people, barks a lot when they arrive and takes a while to warm up to them. During our meet and greet, Stella went from barking loudly at Jillian to eating cheese out of the palm of her hand in the span of just a few minutes. Stella also requires medication twice a day because of a recent surgery. Jillian did an at-home stay for three nights for us. She immediately bonded with Stella and frequently sent adorable photos of her. She also sent a photo of a report card each day, outlining all the information you need to know your pet is doing well while you're away, including feeding times, medication status, bathroom updates, behavioral notes and a list of activities. The report card and frequent check ins gave us peace of mind knowing that Stella was in great hands and having a fun time while we were away. We will definitely book Jillian again the next time we need a sitter and cannot recommend her highly enough. If you need a sitter, look no further.”

Amazing! This was a long trip with family and we were so relaxed knowing Kateri was watching Teddy. She sent updates, videos, and pictures a few times a day! Shes so kind and knows how to make Teddy feel comfortable. And she follows his lead as needed which I know helps his anxious feelings when we are away!
Lonie stayed at our home for the past 5 nights taking care of our dogs. We got daily updates on our dogs, she was organized and attentive and I felt very relaxed during our trip knowing our dogs were in good hands. Sophia was very flexible with a last minute sitting request for two dogs. She visited the home 3 times per day, walked the dogs 1-2 times per day, fed, and administered medications. The home was kept in the condition it was left in. The dogs were very comfortable and in good spirits after a 3 day sitting. Sophia had good communication and demeanor. Solea and Dom took amazing care of our two dogs! Our husky can be a handful because of his temperament but they handled him like champs! We had no worries that our dogs were in good hands. They also cleaned the house at the end of their stay and threw the bedding into the wash. We will be using them again in the future!

We couldn’t have asked for a better house and dog sitter! Mark stayed in our home while we were away, and he took incredible care of our dog, Willie Nelson. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Willie was comfortable in his own home with someone so kind, responsible, and attentive. Mark went above and beyond while we were gone. He kept us updated, treated our home with care and respect, and most importantly, gave Willie so much love and attention. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog, and our house was just as we left it. Mark is also an incredibly talented local artist, and he’s simply a wonderful human being. If you’re looking for someone you can completely trust with your pets and your home, I can’t recommend him enough. We’ll absolutely be booking him again!
We went to asia for two weeks and Gary did an amazing job taking care of our home and dogs. We have a very active pup and he went out of his way to ensure he got his proper exercise.
