Hi!! I am an animal lover missing that puppy love! Unable to have my own dog at the moment, I'm missing that fun, loving interaction only a dog can give you! This is a win/win situation! Your pup gets the love & attention they need while you are away & I get to share my love, excitement & passion about dogs with your pup! Being a dog owner in the past I know & understand that your dog needs attention, exercise, love & compassion especially while you aren't able to be with them. Have been pet sitting on rover for over 8 years and also have cared for many family, friends, and neighbor's pets for years previous to that. Playing, walking & caring for them via check-ins & often overnight house sitting too. Every dog is different & unique, which makes me all more excited to meet your cute, furry best friend! Over my 5+ years on Rover majority of my clients have me stay in their homes as it's where their pet is most comfortable. I've found that this helps your pet's stress and anxiety; they are comforted by being in their usual surroundings while having a new face carrying for them. It's also important to me to leave your home as nice as you left it by cleaning up after myself, washing my dishes, and treating it how I would like a guest to treat my home.

Your pet's safety is always top of mind for me. Wheather it's being sure to cross the street on walks to avoid other pets or being sure to always double checks doors and gates to ensure escape artist pets don't get out.

We were going to Scotland for 14 days and leaving my very babied English Bulldog for the first time . I was very anxious to leave her but found the most amazing person ever and it made the trip so much easier for us !! Meredith is sooo loving and kind and cared for my baby like I would have ! Playing with her giving her medicine and dealing with all her little weird quirks 😊 she updated me every day and I never saw my dog so happy with anyone !! She was loving ever minute with Meredith and it made my heart happy ❤️ She also took such great care of our house and pool ! Above and beyond what I could of asked for !! She is just a wonderful human being who truly loves her job and animals and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!!! It made our trip so wonderful not having that worry and seeing our dog playing and happy and being loved just as we would have loved her 🥰 it was the best experience ever and she will be the first person I contact anytime we need a sitter from now on !!! ❤️
Excellent sitter!
Meredith was perfect for our senior dog, Brody. Brody had recently had two surgeries and on the day that Meredith was to come and stay with him, we found out that he needed a third surgery as soon as we got back. She took great care of him, keeping up with his pill schedule, belly rubs and his outdoor time. We welcomed her frequent pictures and updates. This is our first time having someone come into our home and stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to have her come again. Thanks Meredith!
Loved her!
Meredith is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommended her!! She stayed in my home for 2 weeks (was supposed to be 3 weeks but flights were cancelled and we had to come back home and wait for a flight out, she was very flexible during that mess!) Additionally she took my Zoey for almost daily walks. She was excellent with communication, I received almost daily messages and pictures. And Meredith left my home just as it was when we left, very clean and considerate. Also, allllllll my house plants were watered and cared for. Bonus! Can’t recommend Meredith enough.
Meredith is wonderful! Liesl liked her right away and her humans did too! Meredith is upbeat, very communicative and responsive, and responsible. She asked great questions to assure she had all needed info. We would definitely hire her again.

Schedule
I currently do a bit of freelance work so my schedule is pretty flexible to fit your pet's routine and needs into my daily schedule.

- I think it's important to know your pets likes and dislikes. So please, the more information the better. Let me know if there are specific anxieties your dog experience, if they are friendly with other dogs/people/kids, if they need any medication, ect.
