About: Animals have always been one of my greatest passions and being able to work with them is a dream come true. I personally have owned and taken care of dogs, tropical and freshwater fish, small pets, and cats. I’ve also spent time volunteering at animal shelters and have experience in house-sitting and pet-sitting locally. I’m currently enrolled in evening cosmetology classes 5-10pm Mon-Thurs and work Saturday mornings 8-3. Otherwise I’m mostly a homebody who enjoys spending time with my pets and outside. I have a couple of my own pets so I’d rather not keep other pets at my place for extended periods of time (unless they’re fully up to date on vaccines, shots, and behavioral training), but I’m happy to assist in anyway I can at your house. I can do basic cleaning and of course pet care such as walking, watering, feeding, taking outside, playing, etc.. I can lock the house and leave the key in a predetermined location if needed. Genevieve took excellent care of our dog and two cats while we were away on a trip! Our dog has reactivity issues with new people coming into our home and Genevieve was very patient and understanding in giving the time needed for him to be comfortable with her. She really understands dog behavior and that put us at ease. Genevieve was also very comminicative, including providing daily updates with lots of photos and videos of all the pets. We really appreciate that our pets were in such good hands!
Lonie stayed at our home for the past 5 nights taking care of our dogs. We got daily updates on our dogs, she was organized and attentive and I felt very relaxed during our trip knowing our dogs were in good hands. Omg Emily was so great!!! Her communication was literally 10/10 and she sent me so many pictures and videos and updates of my dogs while she house+dog sat for me for 3 days. She even left my house cleaner than how she found it! As someone who is brand new to the area, I was so nervous to leave my dogs and house to someone new but Emily is literally exactly who you want. She asked so many good and thorough questions before and during her stay. I just can't say enough good things about her.
