Since then, family and friends have trusted me to provide pet care services including pet sitting- feeding, play, and providing overnight company. I have 24 years of experience with small and medium sized dogs. Care for dogs is my only profession, allowing me to give your dog my full attention. My home is safe, welcoming, and open, and my friendly dog loves having dog visitors to play with. Your dog will be free to roam my home- welcome on the furniture- and have plenty of space to run in my large fenced in yard. Additionally, I am located near the heart of Dowtown Royal Oak for dogs who are excited by people and other dogs, as well as several parks with open spaces within walking distance. I currently have a three dog limit for boarding and pet sitting. I’m home full time, so I’m able to provide dogs care with my full attention. About: Animals have always been one of my greatest passions and being able to work with them is a dream come true. I personally have owned and taken care of dogs, tropical and freshwater fish, small pets, and cats. I’ve also spent time volunteering at animal shelters and have experience in house-sitting and pet-sitting locally. I’m currently enrolled in evening cosmetology classes 5-10pm Mon-Thurs and work Saturday mornings 8-3. Otherwise I’m mostly a homebody who enjoys spending time with my pets and outside. I have a couple of my own pets so I’d rather not keep other pets at my place for extended periods of time (unless they’re fully up to date on vaccines, shots, and behavioral training), but I’m happy to assist in anyway I can at your house. I can do basic cleaning and of course pet care such as walking, watering, feeding, taking outside, playing, etc.. I can lock the house and leave the key in a predetermined location if needed. I’m happy to follow any house rules, special instructions, and anything extra needed for the pets, including medications or continuing ongoing training.

About: I have 1 cat at home and my partner has 1 dog who basically acts like a cat, so I am looking for an excuse to be around dogs (preferably <25 lbs) who may need some company. Friends and family have entrusted me with their pets for years (both for walks and overnight stays) and I take that responsibility incredibly seriously. I have a full-time hybrid position that has me at home on Mondays and Fridays with some flexibility from Tuesday - Thursday. On days when I am in the office, I will be home before 4:30pm for any afternoon feeding times. I am also available on weekends with advanced notice. I have a large unfenced yard and live less than a block away from a dedicated dog park. I have one small dog (15 lbs) and one cat who are happy to keep your pet company or can be kept in a different part of the house depending on your needs.

Hadley took care of our three sphynx cats for 3 weeks while we went on an international trip.
