“Kevin was an excellent cat sitter, took good care of my 2 cats when I was on a long vacation. He sent pictures every day along with a little note. I can home to two happy cats and the cat room was cleaned up and tidy. My cats have a new friend in Kevin”

“I was blown away by the service and care provided by Gayle when she catsat for me. Of my two cats, one of them is diabetic and needs medicine administered twice daily at specific times. I had never had anyone that wasn't a relative take care of my cats since he'd been diagnosed, and Gayle was quick to put my mind at ease about leaving him in her care. Additionally, my other cat is notorious for being terrified of strangers - when Gayle came for her meet and greet with them, this cat walked right up to her to say hi, making me feel even better about having her take care of them. Gayle not only gave me updates on how they were doing, but when they were being finnicky about food (the medicine can only be given if he's eaten) she stayed and tried different approaches to getting them both to eat so she could be sure that he was ok to get his insulin. The cats were definitely pampered above and beyond! I highly recommend hiring Gayle for any petsitting needs you have - and I will definitely be a repeat client myself.”

“I’ve used Rover several times for pet sitting and drop-ins—all have been great experiences—and Tena has been the best! She’s great with cats and I appreciates that she sent daily updates and photos.”

“Sabrina was amazing and I will definitely rebook when my cat needs a sitter. She went above and beyond to make sure he had everything he needed and she responded quickly to accommodate my last minute request. 15/10 recommend!”

“Stephanie is the best! She went above and beyond to make sure that my cat was well taken care of while I was out of town. I could tell that she not only took care of the basics, but she put in effort to bond with him and to make sure he had plenty of quality time. I can’t recommend Stephanie highly enough!”

“Megan was great! We have some very specific instructions for our dog's care and she followed every one to the letter, sent great pictures, and called when she had a question. She was communicative about some traffic issues and overall took great care of the pups who loved her. Would 100% book again.”

“Kendall is phenomenal! She cares for pets as if they are her own. My cat is epileptic and had a seizure while I was away. She took great care of him, making sure he recovered well and even cleaned up the accident he had during his seizure. She’s also great at giving him his medication and giving my other cat tons of love and attention. Kendall is definitely my go-to sitter!”

“I really appreciate Renee taking the time to visit my cat during the holiday. She was incredibly caring and loving, spending quality time petting my cat. On top of that, Renee brushed my cat’s fur and even trimmed nails. I felt very comfortable knowing my cat was in such great hands.”

“Kelly was so amazing to Georgie!! We can’t be more grateful to leave our precious boy with her. She showed him so much love and attention and sent us so many model pics of Georgie during each visit! She truly treated him like her own. He will miss her until next time!!”

“Cassie was the best part of our trip! Knowing that our cats were so well cared for and getting daily updates was such a relief. We are going out of town again and will definitely be using Cassie’s services, if she is available!!”

“Morgan is doing so well taking care of my cat. She has been not only doing cleaning well, but also taking time to play with my cat everytime. I recommend Morgan to anyone who needs a pet service.”

About: I love all dogs! I have experience with multiples, puppies and elderly dogs. I can give oral medications. I with experience with dogs who aren’t friendly with others. I love walking and being outside, and think walks should be for the dog - not for me! Sniffing is very important during walks and I think I do a great job “slowing down to smell the flowers.” I prefer positive reinforcement as I love giving treats for good behavior :) but I have used vibration collars for dogs I have dogsat in the past and think they too have their place in dog training. I am a nurse who works three twelves, so my flexibility changes, I am on an every other weekend schedule. But that means that on days I am available to pet sit I am not rushing and can give your pet the quality time they deserve! I am not available to have pets in my home at this time so to my dog selective dog. In other people’s homes I try to be as respectful of other pet owners preferences for their animals as I can be! I consider myself clean and trustworthy.
“We were so thankful to have Shelby care for our dog while we were away. I came home very satisfied, my dog and house were in one piece! I would definitely ask her to care for our pets again.”

About: Ever since I was a kid, I've had love and fascination for all kinds of animals - including dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, crickets, even fishflies! I understood from a young age that each living creature has a place and a purpose on this planet, and that it's our job as humans to respect them. My experience with pet care first began with a family goldfish, and eventually a couple of parakeets. I quickly learned that there are responsibilities that come with not only physically taking care of a pet, but tending to their emotional needs as well. In 2018, I started taking care of my loved ones' pets when they were out of town or just needed a little extra help - ranging from my brother's dog to my best friend's cat. I have devoted my attention in these situations to ensuring that the pets are well fed and hydrated, they've received appropriate stimuli from either walks or playtime, and that they've received extra snuggles (if they want them!) I understand that it's also important to take care of the pets' owners as well, so I've prided myself in being an excellent communicator. In 2021, a sweet little peanut came into my life - a smushy-faced, Shar Pei mutt named Mischief. He has lived up to his name, but in a good way! We have spent the past four years munching on carrots (his favorite), going on long walks at the park, and burying ourselves under the covers on rainy days. He has made me a very happy dog mom, and from the very beginning we have had a special emotional bond that still amazes me to this day. In short, I have had quite a few years of experience with taking care of pets, and I have proven myself to be communicative and reliable. I have a big heart for all creatures, big & small, and I have more than enough love to go around! I work remotely and I live in a walkable area, so whether I am needed for a quick walk/drop-in while the pet owner is out of the house or at work, I have ample time throughout the day to take care of the pet. For any new pet, I understand that a bit of acclimation is necessary to gain the pet's trust. If the owner would like, I can meet the pet ahead of time to determine its temperance level and I'll respect any special needs that the pet has. I will cater my behavior and energy level towards the pet so that it doesn't become overwhelmed. I also have the strength and endurance to take pets for long walks and maintain good leash control. Lastly, I know a number of First Aid / CPR tactics for both dogs & cats alike, and I have the aptitude to learn anything else that is necessary for the pet's care.

I really appreciate Renee taking the time to visit my cat during the holiday. She was incredibly caring and loving, spending quality time petting my cat. On top of that, Renee brushed my cat’s fur and even trimmed nails. I felt very comfortable knowing my cat was in such great hands.

Alex and Zach are awesome, they are incredibly responsive and attentive to all correspondence, take amazing care of feeding and caring for my cats, and make sure they take pictures of my cats for each visit. I super appreciate this as it gives me peace of mind seeing my pets while I'm away, and I know they are in good hands. Thank you Alex and Zach!

Hanna is simply the best! My husband and I were gone for 2 full weeks, and knowing Hanna was taking care of our baby (older cat) during that time gave us such peace of mind. She is the most responsible and kind animal lover that I know. Truly dependable. And not only did I know my pet was in good hands, but my home as well - it provided a huge sense of comfort to know she was there to make sure our home was safe. I even requested an additional service of plant watering and she hopped on board with no hesitations. I couldn’t possible recommend Hanna more!

I couldn’t ask for a better cat sitter!! Caroline sent tons of pics and my girls just love her! Even my cat who is very anxious (especially with new people) immediately warmed up to her and by the second visit was going up to greet her at the door ❤️ I truly cannot recommend Caroline enough!

Brooke was great with my kitty while I was out of town for 3 days. The litter box was clean and both bowls were topped off with water when I arrived home, plus my cat was very happy which made me happy! I’d recommend Brooke to anyone looking for daily check-ins for their cats.

Taylor was able to watch our kitties on short notice. She arrived promptly everyday for drop-ins and managed to work our electronic door systems without any explanation (that's kind of rare lol). I didn't have to explain much to her. She sent us pictures, played with our cats, fed them before she left, and cleaned the litter box when necessary. We were able to enjoy our trip without worry. Thank you Taylor! We're absolutely going ask Taylor to watch our babies again 🩷

Chelsea was amazing! She cared for our dog and two cats like they were her own. It was our first time leaving our animals and she went above and beyond, alleviating our anxiety. Chelsea sent updates and pictures at every check-in. We will definitely use her again in the future!
