I have taken many courses that use clicker training and positive reinforcement. I believe in a dog being able to explore and exercise until they feel ready to rest and snuggle. We have a fenced in backyard and a lovely walkable neighborhood that we certainly take advantage of.

A typical day
Walks that are all about the dog’s interest! Follow that smell! I also love to provide enrichment puzzles and games like treats hidden in boxes, ice treats, and hunting for kibble and treats dispersed in the grass, and chasing bubbles. If a dog is older or more chill, a walk for exercise and potty & then some snuggle time!

I am animal lover with decades of experience caring for dogs and cats. I have loved, cared for, and trained puppies, mid-aged rescues, and supported a number of health issues, and eventually helped pets transition. I have known so many animals with so many quirks and personality nuances, I am not discriminatory toward any behavior issues or unique preferences. I can see your pet is special and would be honored to care for them when you can’t.

Jessica is a great sitter! She always sends cute photos of my cats and writes a message about her visit. She did a great job taking care of my older cat who requires oral medication at specific times.
Jessica has been great with our dogs. We had a few special instructions and she took care of everything we needed. Our dogs get let out twice a week by her, and sometimes she stays longer than we asked. She’s very good at updating our Rover account with all of the details and photos from each visit!
