About: I’ve been a cat caretaker for most of my life, including my two fur babies, Zelda & Yoshi, numerous pet-sitting sessions for friends and family, and years on Rover! I will treat your babies like they are my own ❤️ I work 9am-6pm from home, but otherwise I have a flexible schedule with plenty of time for drop-in visits & (very important) playtime and snuggles. About: I am new to Rover, but not new to pet care! I’ve had dogs my whole life and have become a frequent sitter for animals in my social circle. I've cared for pets across a range of sizes, breeds, temperaments and ages. I used to work as a volunteer and foster through Michigan Humane, and have experience with lots of different pets and situations. I can accommodate most sitting requests if your pet can be left alone for brief periods. About: Hello! My name is Avery ..... I have had dogs all throughout my life and plan to keep it that way! As a kid I grew up with with two beagles, a chocolate lab, a pit bull, and most recently a rescue shar pei/ lab mix. I love seeing every animals personality shine through and spoiling them with love and attention. Each one of my dogs has loved the outdoors (almost as much as me) and had lives full of adventure and exercise. I have also lived with cats and love them (through my previous roommate). I love animals of all breeds and sizes and would love the chance to meet yours! I am a current student so my schedule is semi flexible at the moment. About: I've been around dogs my whole life, my parents raised seeing eye dogs, and I helped with training and daily care from a young age. In my teens, I helped my mom run a small dog-boarding business out of our home, so I'm used to dogs with all kinds of temperaments and routines. Over the years, I've often been the go-to friend for dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding, whether that's a shy senior or a high-energy handful. I recently lost my own pup, and while l'm not ready for another full-time, I miss having a dog around and love being able to offer that care and attention to someone else's. I'm currently working on fixing up my very old duplex so I'm home, tinkering around most of the time, and my schedule is flexible. If you're worried about your pet being in a construction zone, not to worry! The living area is safe and segmented from anything that might be hazardous yet intriguing to your pet. I have a partially fenced yard, perfect for supervised play. Living in midtown means that there's plenty of interesting things to smell along walks. I can crate your dog if needed, and you're welcome to bring their own if that makes them most comfortable. I have quite a few house plants in my space, so please let me know if your pup is prone to chewing on them and I will move them out of the way for their visit.
About: I had two beautiful rescues for 6 years. I love dogs and cats. Mostly experienced with puppy’s and up. Have cat sit for for a friend on three occasions. I work full time, but mostly am remote so have flexibility. I can be available as needed if needed. Last minute appointments are fine too! I will be caring for your pets at your home. About: I have had cats all my life and I foster animals. I had dog sat for friends when I was in high school. I grew up with many dogs around me and definitely know how to give them love! I work weekdays till three but have time in the mornings! I also work in an ice cream shop that’s schedule comes out weekly. I never work Monday nights, Sunday morning, and All day Saturday I don’t have a dog. I do have 2 cats I keep inside always. About: I have been taking care of pets almost my whole life. I have watched as little as a kitten to as big as a 120lb dog. I don’t currently have a job so I am almost always available. Some weekends I might be away but very rarely. I will almost always make time to watch your pets I have a fenced in backyard for dogs. I like to spend as much time as possible with my pets. While our time working with Christian was shorter than expected - the times he was able to assist my Belle were wonderful. He’s communicative and thorough - but it was his genuine care for my senior dog that really stood out to me. My dog usually had a male aversion when she first met new people - but she took to Christian quickly and easily. It put me at ease knowing he was giving her the attention she needed during the day when I wasn’t there. We were lucky to cross paths with him.
