“Mackenzie has been great with our dogs! We have a reactive pup that loves to act tough when he meets people for the first time. She planned a meet and greet and did great with him. Giving him time and space to get comfortable around her. After a few visits he was climbing in her lap to hang out and get pets. She was always great with communication, last minute requests, and updates every day. She even wiped their paws on rainy days when they ran in mud. Our pups love her and always look forward to seeing her.”

About: I absolutely love to care and play with dogs! Throughout my time working with dogs I have given dogs medicine and now have special experience of watching them and caring for them. I have a dog of my own he is an Old English Sheepdog and lives with my parents. I have cared for cats and other animals throughout my life as well. I must note that I love big dogs and have experience with extra large dogs including Mastiffs, Newfoundlands, and Dobermans. however, no matter the size of your dog or puppy I’ll take special care of them, from Great Dane’s to Basset Hound’s to Chihuahuas! I am good with puppies and with older dogs. I do my best to give oral medication if needed. I would love to be the one to take care of your fur baby and can be flexible with scheduling! I am currently a college student in Detroit. I have classes 3 days a week. When I confirm a booking I commit to staying with the dogs as much as possible. I care for pets outside of my home by making sure they are comfortable with me, playing with them but knowing when they are aggressive or not. I also give some very good scratches.

I currently work full-time, so my schedule changes from week to week. Because of that, I’m not able to commit to a standing weekly walk every week. However, I do have availability for one-time walks and occasional or recurring walks when our schedules line up. About: I’ve been caring for my 7 year old dog since she joined our family, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I also have lots of experience spending time with friends’ and family members’ dogs and cats, and I truly love being around animals. I enjoy going on walks, playing, giving lots of cuddles, and making sure every pet feels happy, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I’m currently working full-time so right now my availability is only on Saturdays and Sundays. However there might be some days during the week here and there that work for me. I love spending time with my dog through cuddling, playing, and going on daily walks. Since we don’t have a fenced-in yard, I make sure she gets plenty of exercise and outdoor time by staying with her while she runs and plays or taking her for walks. About: I have over 6 years of experience working in kennels caring for both dogs and cats of all ages. Along with several family friends and people in my community that I have sat for many many times. I have special training in providing medications in any form (Pills, ear/eye drops, topical medications, insulin injections, etc) and training/experience working with dogs of all temperaments (anxious, aggressive, energetic, reactive, etc.) I have a true passion and love for working with cat and dogs but am at not a point in my life where I can get on of my own, so I would love nothing more to spend some time with your fur baby! I am currently finishing up at school at Michigan State University but am commuting from my hometown for this semester. Fortunately I only have to be up in East Lansing for a couple of hours 2 days a week, and I am investing the rest of my time into my online classes. This has left my schedule pretty open for the upcoming months and I will be spending majority of my time with your pet during their stay! For those interested in boarding, I do live with my parents and a sibling, but they all love to have furry visitors and your pet is guaranteed to get an abundance of attention! When I care for someone else's pet I truly treat them as my own. I have great relationship with all of the clients I currently sit for and their pets. My main goal when sitting is to make sure that both the owner and the pet are entirely comfortable while they are in my care. To do this I try to create a very open line of communication and send frequent updates and pictures and make sure to ask questions rather than guessing how to care for someone else's pet.

About: I've had animals of all kinds growing up, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hedgehog, rabbit, hamster, turtles, crawfish ect. I have been working at a horse barn for 6 years and a kennel that has primarily dogs but some cats as well for 4 years. I'm also certified in dog CPR! I work a full time job from 6:30am-3pm on Monday - Friday. If you live in Troy I can let the dog out to potty in the middle of the day on my 30 minute lunch break!
