About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since high school and have also my family’s support with giving help and love to all pets visiting our place. I have a Labrador retriever and an Australian cattle dog at home. We have a huge fenced yard and entire house for dogs to run around! Always sent pictures and pets walk out with happiness after stay :) We have a large backyard and my mom and I will be at home proving care. We are excellent and experienced in taking care of cats and dogs. Our schedule allow us at least one person will be home for taking care of pets. We are in the very central of Troy. We have cages, toys, supplies and treats for pets. We do have a balcony, sometimes we allow our dog to take a break at. We have many bowls for food and water. We have fences and cages inside our home if they need to be separated. We also have a basement can use.

About: I've had dogs for as long as I can remember. I started raising dogs while I was still living with my parents decades ago, and looking back, I don't think there has ever been a time in my life when I didn't have a dog by my side. I've raised my dogs from about 8 weeks old through every stage of their lives. My current dog, Wrigley, is a Golden Retriever who is now over 9 years old. I recently retired, which gives me the time and flexibility to give your dog the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. I'm not looking to simply keep busy — I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and spending time with them. Over the years, I've learned how to understand dogs, handle them confidently, and care for them with patience, caution, and respect. Whether it's going for a walk, playing, providing companionship, or simply making sure they're comfortable and safe, I enjoy the responsibility that comes with caring for someone's pet. When your dog is with me, my goal is simple: to treat them with the same patience, attention, and care that I would want for my own dog. My schedule is very flexible, and I'm available throughout the week, including weekends. I'm confident we can arrange a schedule that fits both your needs and mine. I provide pet care in the comfort of your pet's own home, along with walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. If it's a good fit for your pet's needs, we also have access to a secure, fenced dog park in our Troy community where they can safely exercise, socialize, and have fun.

About: I have over 6 years of experience working in kennels caring for both dogs and cats of all ages. Along with several family friends and people in my community that I have sat for many many times. I have special training in providing medications in any form (Pills, ear/eye drops, topical medications, insulin injections, etc) and training/experience working with dogs of all temperaments (anxious, aggressive, energetic, reactive, etc.) I have a true passion and love for working with cat and dogs but am at not a point in my life where I can get on of my own, so I would love nothing more to spend some time with your fur baby! I am currently finishing up at school at Michigan State University but am commuting from my hometown for this semester. Fortunately I only have to be up in East Lansing for a couple of hours 2 days a week, and I am investing the rest of my time into my online classes. This has left my schedule pretty open for the upcoming months and I will be spending majority of my time with your pet during their stay! For those interested in boarding, I do live with my parents and a sibling, but they all love to have furry visitors and your pet is guaranteed to get an abundance of attention! When I care for someone else's pet I truly treat them as my own. I have great relationship with all of the clients I currently sit for and their pets. My main goal when sitting is to make sure that both the owner and the pet are entirely comfortable while they are in my care. To do this I try to create a very open line of communication and send frequent updates and pictures and make sure to ask questions rather than guessing how to care for someone else's pet.

About: I’ve been caring for my 7 year old dog since she joined our family, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I also have lots of experience spending time with friends’ and family members’ dogs and cats, and I truly love being around animals. I enjoy going on walks, playing, giving lots of cuddles, and making sure every pet feels happy, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I’m currently working full-time so right now my availability is only on Saturdays and Sundays. However there might be some days during the week here and there that work for me. I love spending time with my dog through cuddling, playing, and going on daily walks. Since we don’t have a fenced-in yard, I make sure she gets plenty of exercise and outdoor time by staying with her while she runs and plays or taking her for walks. I would give every pet I care for that same love, attention, and exercise while also following their normal routines and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy.

About: I’ve helped out family friends and neighbors with their furry friends through home visits, overnight pet sitting, and helping with getting their energy out. I have been aiding those in my community since I was in high school and continue to do so when I am back in Troy. I am currently a college student, however I find joy in helping out others when I’m in town. I’m certified in Red Cross and StarGuard life guarding and am no stranger to safety! Although my certifications apply to humans, I can apply these skills to ensuring safety of your furry friends. I have worked with family members with their own pets as therapy animals and engaged in care and listed regiments for numerous dogs I’ve watched over. I am no stranger to dogs, having had 4 dogs within my home growing up and having my fair share taking care of them. I am great with following rules and specifications given to me, especially when it comes to caring for pets; they are family and deserve to be treated as such. I work outside and I am no stranger to the sun! I am more than willing to take a pup around the block or lay with them in the sun to give them some fresh air; even in rain we can walk together and towel off later. Rain doesn’t stop the zoomies! Although I do not have as much professional experience with pets as some others, I hope to be given a chance with my life filled with pets and genuine care and compassion for helping others with how busy life can get. Take your vacation, worry less about your furry friends having their needs met, call on me as someone eager and determined to help! I currently work a part-time seasonal job as a lifeguard at the local aquatic center. My schedule varies week to week, however I have days off and variance within the week that leaves me free within the morning/afternoon. On the days with long shifts, I am unable to leave work, however on other days I am available for whatever is needed! I am an early riser and tend to go to sleep later, therefore any early mornings for late nights will not be a problem for the care I can provide. It would be preferred to care for your pets within your own home, however I do not expect to stay the night or be cared for. I have a place of my own, although if needed, staying the night is not a problem. I am more than willing to travel to your home to meet your pet there to care for them. I do have a dog within my home, however he is a recent rescue and for your own pets safety as well as the utmost care being provided, bring them to my own home is not applicable. He is a friendly pup, however any potential negative interactions is something I would like to avoid to keep your pet safe. I will come to you, no problem at all!

About: After caring others pets to my own, I realize that no two furbabies are the same. Some require more patience and attention, while others need their freedom and a guiding hand. I am here to offer all of that! I have always been a dog and cat person. Growing up, I had a sweet little guinea pig since we didn't have the room for something bigger. However, he was never just a pet, he was a part of my family. I always think about him when caring for other people's pets. Over the years, I have cared for cats, walked dogs, and even housed a few pets for a short time (although, one of my relatives is rather allergic so I cannot offer that service anymore). I cannot wait to connect with more animals! I am currently a student at Oakland Community College pursuing a career in computer science. Most of my Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday's are crammed with classes in the afternoon. However, I have plenty of time in the mornings and evenings. The rest of the days are free. Regardless of what animal you share your home with their everyday messes are inevitable. I like to keep them in a happy and clean environment at all times. Their physical and mental health is always my priority.

About: I've care for my childhood dog since he was a puppy and all the way till his passing of old age. I have two sister's who all have doggies and they rely on me to care for them when needed. I know the importance of maintaining routine, identifying any triggers they might have, and being alert for any situation. I have a dog of my own, and through training him. i have learned a lot more then i knew before. But of course , you never truly stop learning. I'm excited to get to know each and every pet that i get the chance to meet. I work part time. I'm available 6 am to 10:30 am all days. Weekdays it varies. Some days I'm free until 4 pm. Other days I'm free 5pm till 10 pm. That is why i need a day in advance to know. I live alone with my dog, Zeus. he is super friendly with all dogs but i also have an extra bed room that is not used. whatever it is that you need me to do, i will do it.

An added bonus is that my wife, who's an even bigger dog lover than I am and has owned dogs throughout her life, is home during the day. That means your pup will have extra companionship, supervision, and lots of affection while staying with us. On weekends, we're both home and can dedicate our full attention to keeping your dog active, happy, and comfortable. I'll stick to your feeding schedule, walking routine, potty breaks, playtime, bedtime, and any special instructions you provide. If your dog has medications, dietary restrictions, or favorite toys and activities, I'll make sure those needs are met. I enjoy playing with dogs, going on walks, and making sure they get both physical activity and time to relax. I also know how reassuring updates can be, so I'll send regular photos and messages so you can see how your pet is doing while you're away.

About: I am a high school teacher looking to spend the summer helping dogs. :) Education: I am a graduate of Michigan State University, with a major in English and a minor in Sociology. Experience: I have always owned a dog, and have been dog-sitting from a very young age. I am very experienced with dogs, and I walk with a few a couple times a week. I have not only become so proficient in pet care from my own experience, but via my aunt, who is an experienced and established veterinarian, who is only a phone call away. I have experience with all types of dogs--from young to old, and healthy to sick, and I am always happy to help. Interest: I love all dogs and would be happy to help care for any.
