The problem resolved and our dogs had a wonderful stay with Laura and Joe. We have always used a kennel in the past. It is a small one and the dogs are out playing much of the day. Last time, things did not go well there for our 13 year-old dog. We tried Rover to find someone who would provide both a safe setting and special care for our dogs. We got this with Laura, for sure!”

About: Hi! I’m 30 years old and I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I grew up in a house full of dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities—my mom always had rescues and mixed breeds, so I’m very comfortable with different temperaments and energy levels. Today, I have my own adopted 16 lb mixed-breed dog, and caring for him has only deepened my love and experience with dogs. I’m confident handling puppies and energetic dogs, and I truly enjoy walks, playtime, and giving them attention and care. For safety reasons, I prefer not to work with dogs that are overly aggressive or difficult to manage. My experience is focused entirely on dogs, so I’m not the best fit for cats or other types of pets. I’m available to foster small dogs in my apartment. I work from home and I’m able to walk him/her 3/4 times a day. I’m also available for drop-in visits between 6 AM–8 AM and anytime after 5 PM. I live in an apartment with a fenced area, which is great for safe outdoor time. I’m also happy to take your dog on walks outside around the neighborhood. I can feed, play with, and walk your dog, making sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away.
