About: I grew up with dogs and cats as pets, and enjoy giving them them lots of TLC. I am very flexible, but specialize in smaller dogs. My wheelhouse is senior care, but I very much enjoy caring for younger dogs. I am retired and don't have children in my home. I have a very flexible schedule on weekdays and weekends. I have the time and resources to care for pets in my home and/or my client's home. I don't have a fenced yard but have safe sidewalks in the neighborhood. I am very safety conscience and respectful of neighbors, both at my home and my client's home.
About: I have both personal and professional experience taking care of animals. My experience has been primary with dogs and cats, however, I have looked out for turtles, fish and birds as well. I have a passion for learning and understanding animals. My experience also comes from volunteering with the Humane Society and a local shelter helping caring and socializing cats and dogs. I don’t have a fenced in yard, so all potty breaks will be done on leash. I have the space to crate if needed, but will need to provide your own.

I have a large fenced yard and a dog friendly home. I have a 9 year old Golden Retriever mix who loves to have playmates around. I’ll send you regular updates and photos of your pet though the stay. I work from home so I have a lot of flexibility to meet your pet’s daily needs. They will get a lot of outside time during their stay and plenty of attention! I care for your pet as if they were my own. I make sure I have a safe environment for your pet and only offer appropriate toys and play environments. All dogs are fed separately at mealtimes to give each time to eat at their own pace.

Our pup, Frankie, spend the whole afternoon at Heidi’s. Frankie is typically a barker with new people but Frankie was immediately at home. No pulling to go home when we drop him off. Their dog Eevee was friendly too and got along very well with Frankie. Frankie is an older dog and very picky with dogs that he likes. Frankie is a tired and happy dog. We would definitely use Heidi again.
