I live in a clean, newly renovated, and well-furnished apartment that provides a safe and comfortable environment for pets. Since I work remotely, I can supervise them throughout the day and make sure they always have fresh water, regular bathroom breaks, exercise, and plenty of attention. Samantha was absolutely amazing to my puppy Kylo, she was really accommodating willing to get up super early to babysit Kylo! She communicated really well throughout the day, sending lots of pictures and videos. And responding right away to my text. She was very attentive to Kylo throughout the day, she didn’t just leave him in his crate. He played super hard and had so much fun. He passed right out when we got home. Her family was also very welcoming to Kylo as well. Overall a really good experience we will definitely be booking with her again!
Well we didn’t make it easy for her our first time dropping off. We were late, I forgot the food which made us even more late, she missed a drop in because of us, but she did it all with a smile. I tipped her 100%. My dog was happy and tired !! She loved her stay! Can’t say enough about how happy we were with the day visit !
Giselle is very accommodating and Milo really took to her, which is unusual because he’s very territorial and can be skittish around other people. She sent pics and videos and helped to make my comfort level a positive one as well. Definitely booking with her again!
