“Very sweet people. Seem to Love dogs. Clean home and pet friendly yard. Availability is very good. Communication is a BIG issue for us. They understand No English. Daughter was there for meet and greet, but not for day care. So very little understanding on either side I had packed supplies in back pack and they mistook treats for dog food. So my dog got treats instead of food. They sent videos to me that looked a little bit staged, I do realize getting videos of pets is hard task! Need to do when dog is running and playing on its own. I received one video Yanling was chasing my dog yelling her name over and over and I was concerned something was wrong. Could not call and check.. Another video on sofa where my dog was on her lap, but again looked staged. I will confirm my dog liked them both a lot. We are just not very comfortable with language issues.”

I am currently work a hybrid work schedule (some days I work from home, other days I am in the office); I have 5 years experience in a kennel environment and working with working/professional dogs, as well as dogs with behavioral issues; and training/showing/trialing my own companions - I have experience and titles with my dogs in obedience, agility, and nosework in both AKC and UKC and other venues. I focus on force-free training methods, while still making sure to ensure rules and boundaries in my household. As much as I love training, training is not offered as part of your stay. I currently work from home, and am able to let out frequently. Your pets will be treated like my own while they stay with me. I have a fenced in yard and a playful pup who loves to meet new friends! I have a very large yard that is surrounded by a tall privacy fence in a dog friendly neighborhood. Most of my neighbors have dogs. I am in the process of making a doggy playground. Work in progress. I could walk your dog if they like to be walked. I have sidewalks all around and a beautiful park right across the street from my house that my babies enjoy visiting. I have a doggy playroom. It has a futon, open crates with blankets, toys, and is wide open. If your dog prefers some alone time, they can feel free to roam down to the playroom. We first meet on opposite sides of the fence; once we see positive body language, we let the guest dog into the yard. I keep my dogs leashed during this process to give your pup plenty of space to sniff and explore at their own pace. Afterward, I’ll show you the indoor space where they will be staying. Supervision & Sleeping: Your dogs are always supervised while outside in my fenced yard; they are never left alone. While my two dogs happily go to "their rooms" (crates) at night, guest dogs can sleep wherever they are most comfortable. Whether that is in a bed, on the living room couch, in their own crate, or a private room, I want them to feel right at home. Updates & Communication: You can expect daily updates on your pet, including details of their day, how they are doing, and plenty of pictures and videos. You are always welcome to contact me for a status update, but I provide a daily report so you never have to wonder. Transportation: If you need help with transport, please reach out! I can offer pick-up or drop-off for an additional fee, and we can discuss details during our coordination. I work a part-time schedule during the summer with hours that vary throughout the week and weekends. This means I have different blocks of availability each day, but I keep my calendar updated regularly! About: I have cared for pets my whole life (25+years). I currently raise quail, koi, tropical fish, as well as the loves of my life, Jack and Catness (cats) and Jax (dog). I have experience in administering medications, special diet restrictions, mobility issues, exercise and cuddles. I work from home which allows me the ability to provide full time care to the pets in my home. I have pets of my own and understand the importance of having a safe place for your beloved, furry family members. I have a fenced yard, plenty of places to nap and toys to play with, as well as a small apartment connected to my home for pets who are not good with other animals.
