About: I have been taking care of cats since 2006. My sister's cat was called "Kitten", and I took care of him when my sister went out of town. He was quite the character! I never knew that cats could be so funny! He started off as a kitten, and lived to be 15 years old. He and I liked watching The Weather Channel. As a senior cat, I administered his medications, and 2 kinds of special food. He knew he could trust me. He died in 2025. Funny story: One day, during a rainstorm, some birds gathered under the window awning. Kitten was mad, and kept trying to bat them, but they stayed there. He then was exhausted and fell asleep. My sister sent me a text, and we both just kept laughing! I also currently watch my niece's cat Luna. She is about 4 years old and has a special diet cat food. She is graceful, has beautiful green eyes, and while she sees me, she still takes a bit to warm up. I talk to her to reassure her that I am here to take care of her.

Daughter was there for meet and greet, but not for day care. So very little understanding on either side I had packed supplies in back pack and they mistook treats for dog food. So my dog got treats instead of food. They sent videos to me that looked a little bit staged, I do realize getting videos of pets is hard task! Need to do when dog is running and playing on its own. I received one video Yanling was chasing my dog yelling her name over and over and I was concerned something was wrong. Could not call and check.. Another video on sofa where my dog was on her lap, but again looked staged. I will confirm my dog liked them both a lot. We are just not very comfortable with language issues.”

At the senior complex where I live, I volunteer on Thursdays to help distribute Focus Hope food boxes, and Gleaners provides meat, fresh and canned vegetables, canned and fresh fruit, rice, spaghetti, cereal, and potatoes in a bag. It is set up like a small grocery store, so seniors can choose their own food items, and "shop with dignity." It’s only once per month. Volunteering is close to my heart. The senior apartment complex that I live in does not allow cats or dogs. I would have to watch them in their own home. I am an early riser and flexible to accommodate your schedule. I will treat your pet like my own, with kindness and respect. Whatever rules or preferences you have, I will follow them. Your home will be kept clean and safe for your pet. Pets will be given their medication, fed exactly the way it should be, walked, and played with. Pets and snuggles are the best!

We keep chemicals out of sight and behind closed doors. Our yard is fenced in and there is a lot of space to run and play. About: I've walked dogs in the metro Detroit area for around 5 years. I love active dogs, but I don't mind to slow the pace if your dog isn't as energetic. I'm available all day for walks and visits. For boarding and sitting, I am typically available if given a week of prior notice. I love to make sure your companion feels loved and cared for, even when you are away. Dogs love routine and I will adapt to yours! I have experience with all ages, from puppy to senior, and I can administer medications as well. I have plenty of experience with cats and other pets, including the very shy. I live pretty close to the 696 and 75 junction, so getting to and from my house is usually easy. Fortunately, I am currently available for walks, visits, and boarding full time as your schedule needs. I have my own dog and two cats that require my care daily. My yard is fully privacy fenced with a large deck. I have a few small gates I can set up in the house for introducing animals slowly or separating everyone for downtime and breaks. I have a few harnesses/collars, leashes, and a caution symbol to use on walks unless you prefer your current gear. I own a large crate for my 80lb lab that can be used as needed.

We had contacted him the previous evening in case our possible sitter fell through. It was her first time being away from us and we were all very anxious. Rahied put our minds at ease as he is extremely kind and communicative. He responded very quickly to messages through the app. He was also very understanding when our puppy had an accident in his house. She's completely potty trained but I will only go potty in our backyard usually, almost never going when we are on walks. Rahied continue to take her out frequently in his yard and walks to try to get her to go. He showed genuine care and concern for her which was reassuring to us that we had made the right choice entrusting him with our puppy's care. Coco even came home with a new toy that she apparently grew attached to while at Rahied's house. She came home happy like she had a great time! We would definitely recommend Rahied!”
