About: I have cared for dogs since our first Siberian Husky joined the family in the 1960's! Family, friends and now new friends have entrusted me to take care of their fury family members when they leave town. From puppies to seniors they are all treated as if they were my own! I will consider accepting two dogs from the same family/household, but will generally only care for one dog at a time. This is so that no dog needs to not only adjust to being away from their own home, but also have to navigate relating to another, unfamiliar animal. I have no pets in my own home at this time either. About: We love dogs and promise to take care of yours as if he or she was part of our family. We are happy to follow any specific instructions you may have and will do our best to provide a happy, healthy environment for your furry family member while you’re away. We are both recently retired and don’t currently have any pets so we can give yours all the attention he or she needs. We are happy to send photos and/or videos while you’re away if you like! We will make sure your dog(s) get lots of exercise, love and attention! We are retired and are available everyday - weekdays, weekends, holidays - you name it! We are completely flexible and able to work with your schedule. We can even pick up and/or drop off your fur baby if it’s more convenient for you. Just ask us - we are more than happy to help! And while our profile says that we only take ONE dog at a time, we are happy to take two or three AS LONG AS THEY ARE FROM THE SAME FAMILY. We strongly believe in making your dog’s (or dogs’) experience as close to what you provide at home. That’s why we don’t have any other animals of our own and we won’t care for multiple dogs from outside your own family. It’s safer for your dog(s) and there is much less anxiety for them when they aren’t faced with unknown dogs. We endeavor to make your dog(s) feel as comfortable and calm as possible during their stay with us. Safety first! Our entire home has been recently remodeled and is very dog friendly. We keep chemicals out of sight and behind closed doors. Our yard is fenced in and there is a lot of space to run and play. Joe is “dog-walker extraordinaire” and loves to take long or short walks any time of day.

When I was young, my friends and I would rescue the stray animals in the neighborhood and return them to my home. My parents would lovingly laugh and help me try to locate the owners. The love and happiness animals bring to our lives makes the world go round :) I have worked with many rescues and rehabilitation as well as extensive knowledge on animal care from potty schedules, diets and nutrition, medication needs, etc. My experience administering medication I have had to administer medications before for prior animals I have sitted for, so any special needs is not an issue. I will make your animals feel loved and safe in my care always with daily videos and photos of the fun your pet is having. I am always will to work with families to ensure the best care possible and will follow scheduled feedings and needs for your pets. I am currently a Pre-K teacher out of Farmington Hills, so I am able to work around your needs weekly/weekends and holidays as schedule allows I ensure communication is ongoing throughout the day depending on clients needs. About: I believe that dogs have incredible souls and they also have unconditional love and compassion. There is something peaceful about watching dogs and making sure they are OK. Fitness is something else I am into and working with RoverGo let’s me combine the two and it’s wonderful! My other dog is terrified of fireworks and she made a comfortable bed for him to lay in. And made him as comfortable as she possibly could. She constantly sent me updates with pics and any concerns she may have had. The pics she sent me showed my babies having a great time. She is the best.
