“Audrey took great care of our 3 cats and our home while we were out of town! She provided daily updates with lots of photos that we looked forward to getting every day! She is very responsible and followed all our instructions. Don't hesitate to book with Audrey, we have already booked with her again!”

“Jackie was excellent with our dog Alaska. Patient, Kind, prompt and she listened to what our needs for our dog were and acted on those needs. Our dog is in her final years of life and Jackie responded to these needs. I would definitely ask her to watch Alaska again.”

“Allie is so kind and does great work with our timid girl. Allie is patient and you can tell she is a great caregiver because she thinks of all of the little things (like placing her keys down to say hi because she knew keys might scare a nervous dog).”

“Lauren was extremely accommodating with our schedules and took great care of my dog. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Lauren again. She was great company for my pup and sent really cute photos. I’m very grateful!”

“Brittany was a great dog sitter for my dog princess. I loved getting the updates. She even brought in my mail and took the trash out for me while I was gone on my trip I will definitely book with her again when I need a dog sitter again.”

About: I have over 25 years of experience caring for, loving and training various dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. My wife and I have 3 rescue dogs and 5 rescue cats, plus we regularly foster puppies and kittens. I know how important it is to ensure your babies are in good hands and safe while you’re away! I’ve worked with dogs and cats of many different ages, breeds, and temperaments over the years and have experience with potty, obedience and leash training, as well as caring for senior animals or administering medication etc. I love every pet as if they were my own!! I work fully remote so am entirely flexible throughout my day, including nights and weekends. I am able to accommodate the needs of the pet whether it involves a quick stop or an extended stay. I will always make sure your pet is secured in a fenced yard or on a leash. I don’t even like to leave pets unattended in the yard without keeping an eye on them. In the house it is important that boundaries are adhered to if there are certain areas off limits, and crate trained dogs are secured in their crate when left at home.
“Ally was awesome!! She took excellent care of Oliver and sent thorough feedback. I felt very comfortable being away knowing Oliver was in such good hands. Thank you!!”

“Eriann is amazing! She took the extra step to visit our home the day before our scheduled drop-in to meet our dog so she could feel more comfortable. She was very responsive and professional. Would 100% recommend her to anyone.”

About: I have two lovely old lady dogs who have been part of my family since I was 9! I also used to baby and house-sit for a family friend who had two large, very playful Boxers. I am available pretty much every day of the week! I just recently left my part-time job so I have plenty of time to spend with your fur babies! I love to be active with dogs so going on walks and playing in the yard is no hassle for me! Crating your dog is no problem, I am very gentle and patient with animals.
“Ana did a good job with my kitties, but provided few photos and on two of the four visits did not provide a written visit summary. I’m a very anxious cat mom, especially with my 23-year old kitty, so I would have appreciated more detailed visit summaries and photos.”

About: We love dogs and promise to take care of yours as if he or she was part of our family. We are happy to follow any specific instructions you may have and will do our best to provide a happy, healthy environment for your furry family member while you’re away. We are both recently retired and don’t currently have any pets so we can give yours all the attention he or she needs. We are happy to send photos and/or videos while you’re away if you like! We will make sure your dog(s) get lots of exercise, love and attention! We are retired and are available everyday - weekdays, weekends, holidays - you name it! We are completely flexible and able to work with your schedule. We can even pick up and/or drop off your fur baby if it’s more convenient for you. Just ask us - we are more than happy to help! And while our profile says that we only take ONE dog at a time, we are happy to take two or three AS LONG AS THEY ARE FROM THE SAME FAMILY. We strongly believe in making your dog’s (or dogs’) experience as close to what you provide at home. That’s why we don’t have any other animals of our own and we won’t care for multiple dogs from outside your own family. It’s safer for your dog(s) and there is much less anxiety for them when they aren’t faced with unknown dogs. We endeavor to make your dog(s) feel as comfortable and calm as possible during their stay with us. Safety first! Our entire home has been recently remodeled and is very dog friendly. We keep chemicals out of sight and behind closed doors. Our yard is fenced in and there is a lot of space to run and play. Joe is “dog-walker extraordinaire” and loves to take long or short walks any time of day.
“Jordyn is a MUST HAVE. She was extremely responsive and able to accept my booking request last minute on a holiday! I am so picky when it comes to people visiting my home and fur baby and she checked all the boxes! A+ Jordyn.”

“Chelsea was great. She really helped me out when I was in a pinch to find a sitter. I came home to a very happy and excited pup. He ran right up to me and was dancing around, I imagine he was trying to tell me about his new friend.”

About: Hi, I’m Janelle! I’m a lifelong animal lover who understands how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. I work from home full-time, which allows me to provide plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I host one dog at a time to ensure each pet receives my full attention, structure, and care. Because I work from home, I’m home throughout the day and able to provide regular care, breaks, and consistency to meet your pets needs. I’m highly responsive to messages and I love keeping pet parents updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away knowing your furry family member is happy and well cared for. I live in a quiet neighborhood with great walking routes for exercise and adventures. My home is spacious, comfortable, and designed to help pets feel safe and relaxed while they’re away from their families. I provide pet bowls, toys, a dog bed, and a large crate if needed, though you’re always welcome to bring any items that help your pet feel at home.
About: I never really had any dogs in my life. But, I have helped take care of our relatives dogs. I remember helping my great aunt walk her dog and she was the sweetest thing. I even helped a lady that lived close by to me walk her two dogs. Also, I am highly autistic. So, don't worry if I sound a little too excited. I just look forward to helping others. I can come help out anytime whenever you would need me. So, in case you’re busy, just keep me in touch. I am willing to do so no matter what. Since I’ve only owned cats, I have had some we let outside. But, for a while, we decided the ones we have now must stay inside at all times for their protection.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Warren
Ashley went above and beyond to look in on my dog and give her her medication, which is no easy task, but Ashley handled it like a pro! Izzy is very shy but warmed up to Ashley by the end of her visit and I know it is because of how patient and caring she was with Izzy. I am so grateful to have found Ashley and can call on her to help with Izzy when I am not able to!

Janvi is possibly one of the best humans I’ve ever met. She has taken such great care of my boys. After I had to put one down due to cancer and had to go out of town for work, she took extra special care of my little, on his first time being all alone for the first extended time.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
