About: Updated for 2026 :) I’m about 3+ years into this Rover journey and truly enjoy it for so many reasons. We always had a dog growing up and I had two labs and two cats in my adult life who have sense “gone to heaven”. Now in an apartment and not able to have pets, sitting has become extra special for me, giving me that dose of animal love that I’ve been missing :) I also work remote, which ensures your pets have a little extra TLC <3 As far as experience - I’ve been around and love puppies but also know the attention and care that older pets need. They are honestly some of my favorites. Having met and worked with lots of sitters for my own pets in the past, I know the importance of finding someone you can trust not only with your pets but also in your home. From giving medicine, to walks and playtime, rolling in the grass and picking up poop, it all comes with the territory that I’m already so familiar and comfortable with. Because I work remotely, meeting your pets needs and sticking to their schedule should be no problem at all! I’d love the chance to meet and care for the animals in your family! My schedule can be flexible, if needed. I work remote so can be around to give your pets all kinds of love throughout the day! I’m happy to take all the walks or throw toys in your yard to keep your dogs happy - whatever is preferred! I never leave them out unattended. I have a 6 feet privacy fence, and I keep my eye on them at all times. My own dog is mild-mannered, very friendly and fun and is great with our guest dogs. I keep the gate padlocked at all times and keep the yard clean and safe to ensure a healthy & safe, indoor & outdoor environment for all. About: Animals have always been one of my greatest passions and being able to work with them is a dream come true. I personally have owned and taken care of dogs, tropical and freshwater fish, small pets, and cats. I’ve also spent time volunteering at animal shelters and have experience in house-sitting and pet-sitting locally. I’m currently enrolled in evening cosmetology classes 5-10pm Mon-Thurs and work Saturday mornings 8-3. Otherwise I’m mostly a homebody who enjoys spending time with my pets and outside. I have a couple of my own pets so I’d rather not keep other pets at my place for extended periods of time (unless they’re fully up to date on vaccines, shots, and behavioral training), but I’m happy to assist in anyway I can at your house. I can do basic cleaning and of course pet care such as walking, watering, feeding, taking outside, playing, etc.. I can lock the house and leave the key in a predetermined location if needed. I’m happy to follow any house rules, special instructions, and anything extra needed for the pets, including medications or continuing ongoing training.
About: I have 1 cat at home and my partner has 1 dog who basically acts like a cat, so I am looking for an excuse to be around dogs (preferably <25 lbs) who may need some company. Friends and family have entrusted me with their pets for years (both for walks and overnight stays) and I take that responsibility incredibly seriously. I have a full-time hybrid position that has me at home on Mondays and Fridays with some flexibility from Tuesday - Thursday. On days when I am in the office, I will be home before 4:30pm for any afternoon feeding times. I am also available on weekends with advanced notice.
