About: I am an animal lover with years of experience taking care of my own dogs and my friends’ many pets. I love to take long walks or sit and hang with animals if that’s what your pets need. I have had dogs in the house since I was a baby, most of which have been large high-energy dogs, so I can handle the big loud pups. My most recent pet was a high-needs senior dog, so I understand the anxiety that comes along with leaving your pet in the care of someone else. I am happy to take care of any special needs and send updates/pictures to ease your mind. I have a soft spot for seniors. In the summer I work from home on weekdays. I have some flexibility when it comes to being able to take longer breaks as long as I can get all my work time in. I have lots of flexibility during weeknights and weekends! My home: I have a great home for dogs, with lots of open space and a fenced back yard. Since I work from home, I would be able to keep an eye on your pets all day long. I have a partner who is home most weeknights and weekdays as well. We recently lost our senior dog and we would love to fill our house with wags and barks again. Clients home: I have lots of experience pet sitting at friends’ homes, so I can adapt to whatever you need at your home. “Rahied took amazing care of our puppy, Coco! We had a last-minute non-pet friendly trip come up and he was able to accommodate our request of having her stay in his home within twelve hours of booking. We had contacted him the previous evening in case our possible sitter fell through. It was her first time being away from us and we were all very anxious. Rahied put our minds at ease as he is extremely kind and communicative. He responded very quickly to messages through the app. He was also very understanding when our puppy had an accident in his house. She's completely potty trained but I will only go potty in our backyard usually, almost never going when we are on walks. Rahied continue to take her out frequently in his yard and walks to try to get her to go. He showed genuine care and concern for her which was reassuring to us that we had made the right choice entrusting him with our puppy's care. Coco even came home with a new toy that she apparently grew attached to while at Rahied's house. She came home happy like she had a great time! We would definitely recommend Rahied!”
