“Of I could give Steven 100 stars I would. He did a fantastic job with my dog. I asked him could we meet before he watched her and he was now than willing. I asked because my dog doesn't care for men nor does she like other pets. When I introduced them she was snappy at first but warmed up to Steven. But Steven brought his dog out and I could not control her. She went right into attack mode and all I could think is, this is not going to work. Well me and Steven had a conversation on several ways to handle this. And ended up not utilizing any we talked about. He had her social with other dogs by the end of the day and they played together and say together. He sent me pictures and videos of the interactions and made me feel comfortable. When I picked her up he had everything ready for her to leave with and she was a happy dog. From this interaction I'm going to use Steven every time I need a sitter. One of our cats is special and gets pills and liquid syringe medication, which she handled without any problems and when we returned, it was clear that she was not traumatized during medication time, as she did a great job with us and wasn't scared. One of the most important parts of the cat sitting was PLAYTIME, which each of our cats has their own toy preference and playtime location preference and she met each of their needs without any concerns. When we returned home, it was obvious to us that she had been keeping up our routine of meal time and playtime. She even made time for cuddles, especially if one of the cats didnt engage as much with play time on that day. She came twice a day for about a week for us and stayed for the whole time and spent that whole time with the cats and engaging them, we have no doubts. We asked her to wipe off certain surfaces to maintain some cleanliness (7 cats is a lot) and she met that request and surpassed it. We are very grateful for that cleanliness and upkeep. We asked her to water some sprouts, as well, and she did that as requested and without issues. She is a very intelligent and caring person and we will definitely book with Danielle in the future if she is available, as our first choice! Thank you again!”

About: I’ve been around all sorts of animals my whole life, but specifically specialize in dog care. I have three years of experience dog daycare, trained in giving a variety of breeds nail trims and baths, and currently studying to become dog trainer certified. Aside from that experience, I am also trained in dog first aid and cpr. I highly prioritize your loved one’s safety first. I do personally love taking care of senior animals. They go at their own pace and I will always be patient and accommodating for them what ever their special needs may be. No matter what age your furry friend is, or breed, or size, I will treat your pet with the utmost care and love like they were my own. I currently have open availability with a lot of flexibility right now. My times on here will always be current so there is no confusion in availability. I wake up around five every morning and don’t go to sleep until 10pm, so there is flexibility where I can be to help out. I do walk everywhere, but will always show up right on time to make sure your pets are taken care of. As mentioned before I am trained in dog first aid and CPR. Aside from that I am well versed in illnesses or complications your pet may have and will collaborate with you for anything else health related. If things become unsafe for either your dog or myself I will let you know as soon as I am aware of it, and we can go from there together as well. While on walks with your furry friend, they will be my number one priority. I won’t have my head in my phone or take them somewhere that’s not appropriate. If anything is to your dislike, please let me know so we can either work it out or go our separate ways.

Expect lots of playtime, attention, and photo updates :) I’m currently a student and on summer break, so I have a very flexible schedule and lots of availability! I’m available for drop-ins, walks, daytime care, and overnights. Pet care fits easily into my routine, especially during the summer when I love spending time outside enjoying the Michigan sun and nice weather. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. In a client’s home, I do my best to keep their normal routine the same, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. About: Besides taking care of dogs the majority of my life, I’ve been working in the animal care field for over 10 years, from pet services to working on the acclaimed television series, “The Dog Whisperer”. I also have the necessary obedience and training skills from working with “Doggie Docs”, a service that creates video documentaries of your popular pet and other services! I always strive to provide a safe and fun environment, to the point your pup won’t ever want to leave. I met my first dog when I was about four years old. We called him Yo Yo and he was the most gentle and sweet soul. That was the beginning of the end for me when it comes to my great love affair with our furry friends. Yo Yo would follow me around just to make sure I was okay, and at any sign of distress, he’d start licking me and wagging his tail to show that I was protected and loved without judgement. I was also a huge dog movie fan as a kid. The original “Benji” had such an enormous effect, so much so, when I moved to Los Angeles, I actually sought out the director of the film so I could learn more about dog training. Since then, I’ve had many dogs come into my life, even four simultaneously at one point! I’ve volunteered at animal shelters across the LA and Detroit areas, including fostering dogs. Unfortunately, I’m without a pup right now, but that’s where yours comes in. I get my dog fix while helping their humans? That’s a win-win situation in my book. I work full time, but I have a lot of freedom at my job, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Your pup’s needs will be my primary focus. Sometimes I work from home or at the office, but it’s only a 10-minute drive away. I’m an active person and I thoroughly enjoy going out with the dogs and get a round of running or playtime with them. I also have an extensive DVD collection so if your dog likes classic movies and prefers chilling on the couch, my place will be heaven. I pretty much let dogs get assimilated to my home for a bit before any fun time starts. I'm always with them on an emotional level especially when their owner first leaves them at the home. It must be scary for them, so I try to make them as comfortable as possible. I’m a super laid-back, respectful, considerate guy, and I always strive to be calm and collected. I don’t take this responsibility lightly––dogs are your family––which means they become a part of mine.
About: Updated for 2026 :) I’m about 3+ years into this Rover journey and truly enjoy it for so many reasons. We always had a dog growing up and I had two labs and two cats in my adult life who have sense “gone to heaven”. Now in an apartment and not able to have pets, sitting has become extra special for me, giving me that dose of animal love that I’ve been missing :) I also work remote, which ensures your pets have a little extra TLC <3 As far as experience - I’ve been around and love puppies but also know the attention and care that older pets need. They are honestly some of my favorites. Having met and worked with lots of sitters for my own pets in the past, I know the importance of finding someone you can trust not only with your pets but also in your home. From giving medicine, to walks and playtime, rolling in the grass and picking up poop, it all comes with the territory that I’m already so familiar and comfortable with. I want your dogs to feel at home here! My three bedroom home has a fully fenced yard and is set up to be safe and comfortable for pets. Dogs who prefer to be the only pet are welcome to solo access to the back yard and one on one time in the house with me! Safety is always my first priority, so all dogs are crated for meal times and when unsupervised/over night. Please note that we have one adult cat in the house! While she is very dog savvy, I’m happy to ensure she is in a separate space if needed.

“Of I could give Steven 100 stars I would. He did a fantastic job with my dog. I asked him could we meet before he watched her and he was now than willing. I asked because my dog doesn't care for men nor does she like other pets. When I introduced them she was snappy at first but warmed up to Steven. But Steven brought his dog out and I could not control her. She went right into attack mode and all I could think is, this is not going to work. Well me and Steven had a conversation on several ways to handle this. And ended up not utilizing any we talked about. He had her social with other dogs by the end of the day and they played together and say together. He sent me pictures and videos of the interactions and made me feel comfortable. When I picked her up he had everything ready for her to leave with and she was a happy dog. From this interaction I'm going to use Steven every time I need a sitter.
