Thank you for considering me to look after your loving pet. If you are looking for a fun atmosphere with other active dogs then you have found the right sitter. I have many consistent clients that board their animals often for travel needs, work trips, entended vacations and/or just to keep their pet socialized with other pets. My home is a fun active atmosphere where each dog gets a chance to show off their different personalities with each other playing in a fun group setting while keeping each dog safe and comfortable. I am a Loving animal caretaker of over 10 years professionally working with all types of animals domestic and wildlife. Caring for animals is strong passion in my life and love to help those in need that genuinely care about their pet. I am currently doing rover full time and would love to take care of your animals for you. I have a house with a fenced yard and a very friendly older dog that absolutely loves everyone. All of the dogs get out many times a day and go for long walks and/or to the nearby dog park weather permitting.I have years of experience at various animal shelters and dog rescues performing many different levels of work consisting of vet care, basic training, and rehabilitation. I have also worked at many different dog boarding/training facilities over the years and offer a fun and loving experience for any dog in my home. Holidays weeks there is an increased rate due to the amount of requests for boarding and many clients must be turned away due to space. Holidays are a busy time and I typically have many dogs boarding. I do not like bringing owners inside in general and especially around these busy times because the dogs can get stressed and agitated especially with other dogs already coming and going. Steven is sweet and gentle sitter! I saw my Clowdie was so excited as soon as she met him 😊 she enjoyed the stay with Steven! I’d ask Steven to watch my Clowdie again!

This was our first time using rover, we were very nervous, I am so glad we found Steven!!! He communicated the entire time with us sent pics and videos, we could not thank Steven enough for taking care of our River like his own. We will DEFINITELY be using him from now on for when we need a sitter for her!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Steven took great care of my dog while I was away from 7/22–7/26. He maintained excellent communication throughout the stay and regularly sent photos and updates, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was happy, comfortable, and having fun. My dog looked relaxed and well cared for in every update, and the overall experience was very positive. I honestly can't say anything bad about our experience. I would definitely recommend Steven to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative dog sitter, and I would be happy to book with him again in the future. Thanks again, Steven! 🐾
I don't like to post low reviews. But I'm also a very honest person. I should've followed my gut when I dropped Leo off and wasn't invited inside the home. But I was pressed for time, so I tried to think positively. The pictures we were sent over the course of two days, I could tell my boy wasn't happy. His head was mostly down in all of them except one or 2, and he didn't look his normal spunky self. At pickup I noticed he was scared to walk out of the door for some reason. My dog is always excited, and especially to go for a walk. I called his name and he just didn't look himself. He didn't run and jump on me or anything, he just got in the van. He smelled terrible-like they were frying fish in the house. My dog isn't his usual happy self and I'm heartbroken, and it's more than fatigue. There's a few other things I won't mention. But overall would not recommend for pampered, bubbly, and friendly dogs.
Considering that we requested Steven’s services months in advance, we were very pleased that he kept in touch, assuring me multiple times that he would take in our Merlin. He sent us pictures and messages, during our long separation, to alleviate any concern we might have had that Merlin was not adjusting to a new environment. Merlin was happy, well-fed, busy with other furry guests, and came home full of energy. I definitely recommend Steven for your boarding needs. Thanks, again, Steven!
