About: I grew up with cats and have raised two pups since they were around 10 weeks old. I’ve taken them to multiple levels of training classes and groom them at home. I treat my animals like they’re my children and would be happy to spread my love along to your furry friends! I work from home during the week, so I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to fit in pet care easily! I enjoy keeping busy, especially if it includes being around furry friends! I ensure pets receive adequate amount of food, playtime, attention and love each day. One of my pets was diagnosed with anxiety as a puppy, which has been a huge learning experience during walks and interactions with other dogs and people. About: I’ve been taking care of various animals big and small since I was young. I have experience with puppies, sick dogs and nervous ones. I have also worked with cats too! I work part-time and go to university. I am a commuter so I’m all over Metro Detroit! While my schedule changes each semester I keep relatively the same structure and availability! Sam has been a lovely dog sitter for our puppy. She’s watched our Bernedoodle, Kirkland, since he was a few months old, and we trust her with him more than almost anyone. This summer Kirkland had some GI issues, and our feeding instructions changed more than once, sometimes on short notice. Sam just rolled with it every time, no confusion, no complaints. She’s always on time, sends updates without us asking, and has even helped reinforce his training instead of just walking him and calling it a day. When he’s had accidents, she’s cleaned it up without a second thought. She really cares for our dog and she genuinely knows his personality. Our big girl was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year and we couldn’t get family and friends to agree to give her her insulin shot when we needed someone to come let the dogs in and out and feed them on occasion.
