This was the first time our dog, Primo, stayed with someone who wasn’t already familiar with him, so naturally, we were a little nervous about leaving him while we were away on vacation. On the day of boarding she will give constant updates, she will send plenty of pictures (great pics of Lucy together with their cute dog Mochi). Her husband Kumar helps her out with the doggies and they treat your dog like their own. They are not only great dog sitters but also really nice persons. We had a great experience with Giselle. Our dog, Oden was well taken care of. She followed our instructions as to how to properly care for him. Giselle even took the time to let Oden explore her home before introducing her 2 dogs. She took the time to play tug with Oden because she knows that is his favorite activity. Giselle sent plenty of photos and videos to reassure us that he was engaged, safe and having a pleasant experience.
