“It was EXTREMELY hard for me to leave Mia, (my little goldendoodle) with a sitter for our family vacation. Mia was never left alone, and is always home with me. After doing A LOT of research, I decided to book a reservation with Tory (Rina). It was so hard to leave Mia, my daughter and I actually cried saying our goodbyes. Rina was so compassionate and reassured us that she would be just fine. Mia’s 6 day stay with this amazing family went extremely well. We received pictures, updates, and comments every single day. Mia was loved unconditionally by this family. They treated her as if she was their pet. They sent pictures of her cuddling, eating, playing etc…. When I picked up Mia, she was very content, clean and healthy. Rina was ready to shed a tear when she said goodbye to Mia. Dawn was amazing! I did not have a single worry the entire 8 days she watched our dog . Dawn updated me daily with texts , videos and photos . Our dog absolutely loved her dogs . This was our dog's first time staying away from us and Ashley and her family made the entire experience so easy and reassuring. From our initial meet and greet, to drop off and pick up, they were kind, welcoming, and communicative. Ashley's calm and confident approach with our boy and other dogs is one of the things I appreciated the most. Ashley sent photo updates whenever we asked and then some, which meant the world to us. We could tell our boy was well taken care of and when we need a dog sitter again they will be our first option!
Kyle was very professional and communicative before and during our dog’s first stay. We felt like we were leaving her in very capable hands. She seemed to have a great time going for walks and playing with him in his fenced backyard. She came home happy and calm, which is the best sign of a great stay. We will use him again and then highly recommend him to others.
We had a great experience with Giselle. Our dog, Oden was well taken care of. She followed our instructions as to how to properly care for him. Giselle even took the time to let Oden explore her home before introducing her 2 dogs. She took the time to play tug with Oden because she knows that is his favorite activity. Giselle sent plenty of photos and videos to reassure us that he was engaged, safe and having a pleasant experience.
