About: I have cared for my grand dogs and friends’ dogs for years. Our whole family will shower your dog with love and attention! We love to send pictures of the dogs having fun or napping on the couch! I am a stay at home, home-schooling mom who has lots of time in our home to care for your dog. We are home most of the time available to give your dog all the attention they need. I have a fenced in yard. My kids love to make friends with dogs that we have watched. We have a large dog crate available if your dog is crate trained. We take their care very seriously and follow owners requests and directions.
About: We adopted a dog 9 years ago and she was one the best things that had ever happened to us, she was our fur baby and we took her to our trips (she was a frequent flyer). She recently crossed the rainbow bridge at 17 and even though we are not ready to adopt another dog, we would absolutely love to take care of your dog. Our daughter loves dogs and it would make her really happy to have a dog in our home at least for a few days. We would take care of your dog as it was our own, we've taken care of a friend's dog and we loved every minute of it. Having a 17 year old dog we have extensive experience with senior dogs and special needs (our dog had a spinal operation and lived three years after it). I work from home four days a week and have flexibility as to when I can go in. My wife and daughter are at school and work five days a week. We have a large fenced yard and do not currently have any pets. We live in a ranch so we only have one step and a door that shuts off access to the basement if you're worried about your pet using steps. We will treat your dog as if it's our own and it is allowed on the furniture if you're okay with it.

I will stay as long as you need me to be to make sure your pets never feel alone while you are away. I will make sure they are fed, watered, and get plenty of exercise. Dawn had been amazing with our pet Remy. Not only she took care of him but also enlightened us with best practices. She made sure Remy had enough play time along with comfort. Her pups and dogs at home also helped in a way. Remy had a gala time playing with them. She is a great sitter.
Kyle was very professional and communicative before and during our dog’s first stay. We felt like we were leaving her in very capable hands. She seemed to have a great time going for walks and playing with him in his fenced backyard. She came home happy and calm, which is the best sign of a great stay. We will use him again and then highly recommend him to others.
We had a great experience with Giselle. Our dog, Oden was well taken care of. She followed our instructions as to how to properly care for him. Giselle even took the time to let Oden explore her home before introducing her 2 dogs. She took the time to play tug with Oden because she knows that is his favorite activity. Giselle sent plenty of photos and videos to reassure us that he was engaged, safe and having a pleasant experience. This was our first time using Rover for our two golden retrievers while we were out of town for 9 days. Usually they come with us or we have family watch them, but since that wasn’t an option this time we were looking for a family who would treat them as their own. Ashley and the entire family took great care of them and sent regular updates and pictures so we knew they were doing just fine and getting lots of snuggles and attention. We were able to enjoy our vacation and not worry the entire time about how they were doing.
I am so glad that I found Brigid and her family to watch my dog while I was gone. This was the first time I’d used rover and I was a little nervous, but once I met Brigid and her family I was instantly put at ease with leaving my dog with them for a week. Brigid kept me updated throughout the week on how my dog was doing and I could tell he was having a great time. Brigid took care of my dog as one of my own, and to have the peace of mind that he was being taken good care of made the world of difference. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Lonnie and his family took great care of our Irish Doodle Brooklyn. She gets very anxious being away from us, but we could tell she was comfortable and happy in their care. We appreciated the daily pictures of her while we were gone! They communicated with us regularly which was also helpful in feeling at ease. We will continue to use their services!
