Chico seemed comfortable with her right away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Comfort & Safety One thing that really stood out was that Chico had his own room during boarding. It gave him a calm and comfortable space without being placed in a cage. I was originally hoping he would be able to interact with other dogs, but Orawan explained that one of her dogs does not do well with others, so she kept them separated. I appreciated that because it showed she was responsible, careful, and honest about keeping everyone safe. Extra Care & Attention She also went above and beyond by helping Chico feel more comfortable with his food. She added some of her own cooked chicken to his meals, which helped him eat better and feel more at home. That extra care meant a lot. Communication & Updates The communication was excellent. Right after I walked out the door, she started sending updates. Throughout the stay, she sent a tremendous amount of photos and updates every day, which I loved. I never had to wonder how Chico was doing because she kept me informed every step of the way. Final Thoughts Overall, Chico stayed comfortably, was well cared for, and I felt confident he was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Orawan to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and communicative sitter.”
“Kayla kept our dog Dior while I took my daughter to school. The ease of drop off and pickup made a somewhat stressful time of my life, so much more easier. She communicated with us the entire 4 days. Even when a snag came and I needed Dior to stay a tad bit longer, she was totally onboard and made it happen. I also want to thank her daughter for being attentive to Diors needs as well. While my daughter is away at school, I will DEFINITELY reach out to them for additional services. “Laura and Joe took care of our two older dogs for a week while we drove a couple of hours to have a vacation. We knew from our visit with them that Laura would be caring and attentive, but she really did go above and beyond! We received multiple updates and photos and videos daily. Even more impressive was how well Laura handled a behavioral problem that arose with one of our dogs. I had forgotten that he once had this problem with us -six years ago when we got him - and when it popped up again, Laura dealt with it so well! She even purchased something that we thought would help, after messaging with me about the issue. Laura’s care and confidence saved our vacation, when a less experienced sitter might have asked us to return and pick up our dog. The problem resolved and our dogs had a wonderful stay with Laura and Joe. We have always used a kennel in the past. It is a small one and the dogs are out playing much of the day. Last time, things did not go well there for our 13 year-old dog. We tried Rover to find someone who would provide both a safe setting and special care for our dogs. We got this with Laura, for sure!”

We had a great experience with Giselle. Our dog, Oden was well taken care of. She followed our instructions as to how to properly care for him. Giselle even took the time to let Oden explore her home before introducing her 2 dogs. She took the time to play tug with Oden because she knows that is his favorite activity. Giselle sent plenty of photos and videos to reassure us that he was engaged, safe and having a pleasant experience.
