“Laura took such great care of our dog, Telly, while we were on vacation. She sent lots of updates with photos and Telly always looked comfortable and happy like she was on her own vacation. Laura carefully read our instructions for care and feeding at drop-off and made sure she understood Telly’s needs before we left. She even cooked Telly more chicken to top her dog food with once the chicken we provided ran out. You can tell Laura truly loves dogs and I had no worries about leaving our pup with her for the week. Flexibility & First Impressions She was able to take Chico in last minute, which helped us tremendously. From the very beginning, she was kind, friendly, and welcoming. Chico seemed comfortable with her right away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Comfort & Safety One thing that really stood out was that Chico had his own room during boarding. It gave him a calm and comfortable space without being placed in a cage. I was originally hoping he would be able to interact with other dogs, but Orawan explained that one of her dogs does not do well with others, so she kept them separated. I appreciated that because it showed she was responsible, careful, and honest about keeping everyone safe. Extra Care & Attention She also went above and beyond by helping Chico feel more comfortable with his food. She added some of her own cooked chicken to his meals, which helped him eat better and feel more at home. That extra care meant a lot. Communication & Updates The communication was excellent. Right after I walked out the door, she started sending updates. Throughout the stay, she sent a tremendous amount of photos and updates every day, which I loved. I never had to wonder how Chico was doing because she kept me informed every step of the way. Final Thoughts Overall, Chico stayed comfortably, was well cared for, and I felt confident he was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Orawan to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and communicative sitter.
Dawn was absolutely wonderful with Bentley over the 4th of July holiday! He was a bit timid staying in a new place, but Dawn was incredibly accommodating and made him feel right at home. She gave him the perfect amount of attention to help him settle in and stay comfortable. Bentley also needed daily medication, and Dawn handled his dosage schedule perfectly without any hesitation. I felt completely at ease leaving him in her care for those 5 days. Highly recommend!
This is the second time Kshama has watched our puppy and she does such a great job. My puppy gets along so well with her dog and comes home happy and tired from all the fun she had. Kshama is great with updates so you know your pup is well taking care of. I would highly recommend.
This was our dog's first time staying away from us and Ashley and her family made the entire experience so easy and reassuring. From our initial meet and greet, to drop off and pick up, they were kind, welcoming, and communicative. Ashley's calm and confident approach with our boy and other dogs is one of the things I appreciated the most. Ashley sent photo updates whenever we asked and then some, which meant the world to us. We could tell our boy was well taken care of and when we need a dog sitter again they will be our first option!
Kyle was very professional and communicative before and during our dog’s first stay. We felt like we were leaving her in very capable hands. She seemed to have a great time going for walks and playing with him in his fenced backyard. She came home happy and calm, which is the best sign of a great stay. We had a great experience with Giselle. Our dog, Oden was well taken care of. She followed our instructions as to how to properly care for him. Giselle even took the time to let Oden explore her home before introducing her 2 dogs. She took the time to play tug with Oden because she knows that is his favorite activity. Giselle sent plenty of photos and videos to reassure us that he was engaged, safe and having a pleasant experience.
