I had a 10 day trip planned and my family who would normally help out could no longer watch my dog. Monica responded quickly to my initial request and even made time for a quick meet and greet a week before to help ease my nerves. She has a nice, clean house with a beautiful big fenced in yard, which was perfect for my dog. You can tell she truly cares about the wellbeing of your pet and making sure that YOU are as comfortable as possible. I received pictures and messages that helped to reassure me that my dog was doing well and was loved! She and her husband treated him like their own, which made this entire process so much easier for me. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Monica through Rover. Breanna took wonderful care of our dog, and he came home happy and healthy — and healthy is a big deal because new situations sometimes make him so nervous that his digestive system gets disrupted upon coming home. That did not happen. Breanna sent us regular updates and pictures of our boy, and was extremely flexible with a couple small changes to our plan. About: We adopted a dog 9 years ago and she was one the best things that had ever happened to us, she was our fur baby and we took her to our trips (she was a frequent flyer). She recently crossed the rainbow bridge at 17 and even though we are not ready to adopt another dog, we would absolutely love to take care of your dog. Our daughter loves dogs and it would make her really happy to have a dog in our home at least for a few days. We would take care of your dog as it was our own, we've taken care of a friend's dog and we loved every minute of it. Having a 17 year old dog we have extensive experience with senior dogs and special needs (our dog had a spinal operation and lived three years after it). I work from home four days a week and have flexibility as to when I can go in. My wife and daughter are at school and work five days a week. We have a large fenced yard and do not currently have any pets. We live in a ranch so we only have one step and a door that shuts off access to the basement if you're worried about your pet using steps. We will treat your dog as if it's our own and it is allowed on the furniture if you're okay with it.

“Kyra is incredibly sweet and professional, with a genuine love for dogs that shines through. Her fenced backyard is perfect for playtime, providing a safe and adventurous environment. She also offers a cozy bedroom just for pups, but if they ever feel unsettled, Kyra keeps them in bed with her for extra comfort. She was perfect at keeping me updated with photos, so I always knew how my dog children were doing while in her care. I'll absolutely call on her when I spend weekends in Detroit.”
