“Jessica was simply amazing. We’ve never left our girls for any amount of time before and they were there for a week. Jessica was super patient and understanding with our one dog who needed some extra time to get comfortable around other dogs and cats. We were sent daily pictures and updates and videos throughout the week. Initially we were nervous being away from them for so long but we knew they were in good hands. The updates reassured us that they were having an amazing time and enjoyed their vacation at Jessica’s house. “Kristen was great with our dog Squid! She was relaxed, quick with communication,friendly, and reassuring. She handled Squids anxiety very well, and gave him the time and space to make himself comfortable. Kristen was very accommodating to his needs and quirks, made sure he had all the exercise, sniffs, and cuddles he could possibly want, and Squid was very happy to make a new best friend. My son was very nervous about leaving his new fur baby for the first time and Charlotte went above and beyond to reassure him that Wes was in the best, most loving hands! She invited us over before our trip so we could see where Wes would be staying and made us all feel welcome in her beautiful home. She sent us pictures throughout the day and kept us up to date on his adventures! She truly loved him like her own! Charlotte even did research on his particular breed to understand how to best care for him. We are so grateful we were able to enjoy our trip without a worry knowing that Wes was enjoying his "vacation" too! We very HIGHLY recommend Charlotte!”
