I got my first cat when I was around 9 years old, and that was just the beginning. Since then, I’ve raised and cared for just about every animal under the sun—cats, dogs, and beyond! My journey working with animals professionally started at 17 when I joined the Humane Society, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience with animals of all backgrounds and temperaments. Today, I’m a professional dog groomer, and I’m continuing to grow my expertise by pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Animal Health and Behavior. My days are filled with learning and caring for animals, and I absolutely love it. Over the years, I’ve worked with pets of every shape, size, and personality—playful puppies, senior dogs, shy cats, bold adventurers, and everything in between. What sets me apart is my deep understanding of animal behavior and my ability to make pets feel safe, loved, and cared for—whether that means giving them space, engaging them in play, or providing calm companionship. I treat every animal like family, and I’m dedicated to providing top-quality care that you can truly rely on. I work part time, on the weekends, as a dog groomer so I am available mornings and afternoons on the weekends, but available most any weekdays. I have a routine that incorporates play, meals, rest, and training to my personal pets and will expect to do the same for yours! I love creating enrichment activities for animals as well. Whatever I can do to keep these guys entertained to minimize bored-related behaviors.
