“We were a first time Rover user. Our meet and greet was successful and we felt that Katie would take care of our baby. Lucky is older and has health issues but that wasn't an issue with Katie. Our dog got along very well with her and her dog so we felt comfortable enough to let him have a sleep over there. Katie knew we were helicopter parents so she made sure to keep us posted on how he was doing and that he got his meds along with many pictures showing him relaxed and enjoying his new friends. The next morning we picked up one tired but happy baby. He slept a lot when he got home but that means he had fun. We recommend Katie as she was great with our baby.”

“This was our first time using the Rover platform and we were very happy with the results, and that of course can be pretty much attributed to the great and kind service we received from Joshua. We had a sudden death in the family and needed to travel abroad at short notice and when we put out the request Joshua was very responsive and asked to do a meet and greet before confirming the booking. We thought this was great, as it gave all parties the chance to test the waters, especially our two cats, Karl and Debbie - it gave Joshua a chance to meet them, and them the chance to meet him, and also of course it gave us the chance to meet with Joshua and learn about the process, show him around the house, and make sure all were feeling great. Joshua sent detailed updates along with pictures. We have a very shy little cat, and even though she didn't quite break open her shell and hang out with Joshua, he was very kind in approaching her with caution and waiting around a bit longer to give her the chance to come out. About: Growing up in a ranch in Arizona with five dogs (including two great Danes and one Doberman) and eight horses I started caring for animals at a young age. Oral medication or injections are ok, diabetic dogs okay too. I've personally rescued two dogs in Detroit and still have one, Harper, a Staffordshire mix. I love all breeds and do not discriminate. Have a hyper dog? I'll run your buddy all over town along side my bike. Your best friend will get all the same love and care that you give them. Overnight stays will be full of fun and lots of walks. Daytime visits will always be nice long walks with visits to local parks and shopping areas for maximum socialization and puppy excitement.

About: I always wanted a dog growing up, and before our family got our own, I would walk, play with, and take care of neighbors’ dogs, and it only made me love them more! I’ve also cared for roommates’ dogs and cats, and have experience with some of the less-fun things like giving pills and medications when necessary. I do work a standard job from 9 to 5, so I would be available to petsit, check-in, or walk on evenings and weekends. If the location works out, I could do check-ins on the lunch hour as well! While I’m not able to have pets over to my home, I am very respectful of others’ homes and spaces, and I recognize the importance of routine in pet care, so I do my best to keep pets happy and healthy and give them the attention they need when you’re not able to!

About: I have been rescuing dogs for almost 2 decades. Needless to say, I love dogs. I currently have a great Pyrenees and she would love Company. I work 100% remote from home., my yard has a 6 foot privacy fence am I Home is very dog friendly. I am also experienced in taking care of diabetic dogs, including testing and injections twice a day, monitoring food and making sure that all the dogs under my hair get daily walks, and lots of love. I work 100% remote. My day doesn’t start until nine, which allows me to spend time in the morning either playing with the dogs going for walks. I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood around those days that the weather doesn’t permit us to go out I have what we call beauty time.. I walk my dog every evening for at least 30 minutes and if the day is nice, we try to get some time in during lunch as well My house and backyard are very pet friendly. I am not someone who gets upset if there’s an accident after all they’re pets, stuff’s gonna happen. I have a 6 foot privacy fence in my backyard. My dog prefers to sleep outside, but for the dogs that I’m sitting I prefer they be inside with me.

I’m a stay at home mom, which means I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your pup(s). We love playing outdoors and our dogs are like family to us! I have a dog run (working on fencing our large yard) and three dogs of my own. We have room to crate train if needed, and keep kids and dogs separate should your pup not be kid friendly.

About: Growing up in a ranch in Arizona with five dogs (including two great Danes and one Doberman) and eight horses I started caring for animals at a young age. Oral medication or injections are ok, diabetic dogs okay too. I've personally rescued two dogs in Detroit and still have one, Harper, a Staffordshire mix. I love all breeds and do not discriminate. Have a hyper dog? I'll run your buddy all over town along side my bike. Your best friend will get all the same love and care that you give them. Overnight stays will be full of fun and lots of walks. Daytime visits will always be nice long walks with visits to local parks and shopping areas for maximum socialization and puppy excitement.

About: I always wanted a dog growing up, and before our family got our own, I would walk, play with, and take care of neighbors’ dogs, and it only made me love them more! I’ve also cared for roommates’ dogs and cats, and have experience with some of the less-fun things like giving pills and medications when necessary. I do work a standard job from 9 to 5, so I would be available to petsit, check-in, or walk on evenings and weekends. If the location works out, I could do check-ins on the lunch hour as well! While I’m not able to have pets over to my home, I am very respectful of others’ homes and spaces, and I recognize the importance of routine in pet care, so I do my best to keep pets happy and healthy and give them the attention they need when you’re not able to!
