“So happy with Erin and Jeff. Our dog has separation anxiety so we wanted somewhere he could stay for our extended trip where he felt at home. We did a few visits before our long trip so he would know Erin and Jeff. When we dropped him off this time he went right in their home and made it his own. And they celebrated having him, and helped him stay comfortable. We were gone for 2 weeks and he had an awesome time! He was very happy to see us, but for showed NO signs of stress or rushing to get home. He had an awesome time! This was Charlie’s sixth stay with Kelsey, and I think the fact that I keep booking with her speaks for itself! One thing I really appreciate is how flexible Kelsey is. As a flight attendant, my schedule can change at the last minute, and she’s always been incredibly accommodating whenever work throws me a curveball. Her pickup and drop-off service is a huge help and makes those last-minute schedule changes so much less stressful. I also love all the updates and photos she sends throughout Charlie’s stay. He definitely gets his daily steps in with plenty of walks and playtime, and Kelsey even gives him healthy snacks, which he absolutely loves. It’s obvious she’s genuinely invested in the dogs she cares for and treats Charlie like part of the family. I always come home to a happy, well-loved pup, and knowing he’s in such great hands gives me complete peace of mind. If you’re looking for someone dependable, caring, and understanding of unpredictable schedules, I can’t recommend Kelsey enough!

Suraj and his family took excellent care of our senior Shih Tzus on two separate occasions. We received lots of photos and videos, which was nice to know they were being well cared for. Suraj was very accommodating on a short notice request and with regards to drop off and pick up times. Highly recommend!
Jane is extremely trustworthy and reliable. She's watched our dog a few times, but this time he unexpectedly had separation anxiety and a lot of GI issues. She told us exactly what was going on, took him to the vet, put us on speaker phone during the appointment, and communicated with us every time he took medication. I really can't speak highly enough about how well she handled what must have been a challenging week.
Amy and Ray were absolutely wonderful and truly saved our vacation! They stepped in last minute after another sitter canceled and took amazing care of our high-energy girl, Kora. They were attentive, thoughtful, and clearly cared about making her feel safe and comfortable. When a noise scared her, they even built her a little “fort” to help her settle down — which meant so much to us knowing she was being cared for with that level of kindness.
