Our puppy needed RX twice per day and could only be let out on a leash. Not only did Rachel lovingly take care of all of this, she also went above and beyond and contacted our vet to make sure our puppy was being taken care of properly. Suraj and his family took excellent care of our senior Shih Tzus on two separate occasions. We received lots of photos and videos, which was nice to know they were being well cared for.
