“Sydney was amazing!!! Poor Charlie got sick with 2 parasites right before his visit. He was feeling much better after a few days on medication so Sydney still was willing to take him in. She continued the rest of his treatment which consisted of multiple medications at carousing times throughout the day. She continued to provide us updates through out his stay and reassured us that he was definitely on the up and up the whole time. Her location is ideal for airport travel as she is only about 10 minutes from DTW. We will absolutely use Sydney in the future!! Thank you again!”

About: Hi! My name is Dom, and caring for animals has always been a part of my life. I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats, including two small dogs, two large dogs, and a cat, so I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. I understand that every pet has their own routine, energy level, and unique needs. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone patient and dependable nearby, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own, providing plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and updates so you can have peace of mind. My goal is to create a stress-free experience for both you and your furry family member. I look forward to meeting you and giving your pet the care, love, and attention they deserve! My husband and I both work from home. We are available to host pets through our the week, starting at 7am through true evening. We are able to accommodate special schedules. We have a fenced in property and separate home for any pets. Our 2 dogs will be able to keep your pet company and we are able to crate dogs.

About: I've fostered several dogs the past few years, including puppies and senior dogs. I've also taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family. I currently have a 2 year old Australian Shepherd (Miko) and a 2.5 year old Chinese Rural Dog (Hanbao). I've raised Miko since she was 8 weeks old, so I understand the needs younger puppies may have. Hanbao was rescued off of a dog meat trader, so I also have experience with rescuer. Both are super friendly! Your dog will have playmates! I work from home majority of the time so I have a flexible schedule to fit pet sitting, dog walking, and other services into my schedule. Weekends are also really flexible for me. Even if I have to step out for an errand, there will be someone home at all times. If that is not possible, your pet will not be left alone for more than ~4 hours. If you would like to board during days I need to be in office, I will communicate that clearly. I have experience with different types of dogs and cats, so I will have more knowledge on what better fits your pet. Also, I have plenty of space for them. We also have a fenced in yard, letting them run freely - I never leave dogs alone out there, am always with them supervising.

I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, including having my own family dogs, Milo and Charlie, who previously lived with me full-time. I also have experience fostering animals and working at a doggy daycare, which gave me experience caring for dogs with different breeds, sizes, ages, personalities, and routines. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, supervision, cleaning, and providing lots of attention and affection. I’m patient, responsible, attentive, and genuinely love animals. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I’ll always treat every animal in my care like they’re my own. I currently work part-time and attend school, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week for pet care. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, boarding, and overnight care depending on the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my priority. I’ll follow any feeding, walking, medication, crate, or household instructions you provide and keep your pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. I’m attentive and patient and understand that every animal has a different personality and comfort level. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is safe and well cared for.
