“I boarded my pup Coco with Teresa. It was Coco's first time being boarded, so she recommended I drop Coco off the evening before to see how it would go. She introduced the other boarding dogs one by one, showed me the yard, and made sure everyone was comfortable. She contacted me the next morning and mentioned it was going well with one of the other pups. Not the result we were looking for, but she handled it kindly and professionally -- and that's all I could ask for. Teresa was great to work with, and I would recommend her for boarding.”

I have two dogs of my own at home, so I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to take care of your pets. I love spending time with dogs, whether that's going on walks, playing, or just giving them lots of attention and love. I’m in my pen friendly apartment a lot throughout the day so having a dog to take care of/play with will be an amazing thing to look forward to. I have two dogs of my own back at home, but while I’m at school I sadly don’t have any with me. That being said, I can read there needs and wants pretty easily and will make sure that your fur baby has the most comfortable stay/time.

About: I have cared for animals my whole life- from cats and dogs, to lizards and snails, and even horses! I love all of them and will give them all the attention they deserve. I am free weekends, evenings and nights mainly but can be very flexible. You just let me know what you need and I'll try to make it work. I do require advanced notice however. I am happy to care for pets in your home however is needed/desired during the day time or evenings. I do work most days so I cannot always guarantee a full day of availability but I can do several drop-ins a day!
About: Hi there, I have been involved with dog care since my childhood; growing up as a volunteer with various rescues and animal shelters, to fostering, to adopting and owning my own dogs. I have dealt with many breeds and types of dogs and personalities throughout the years. Unfortunately since my work schedule changes too frequently, I cannot accept bookings more than two weeks in advance. I am great for someone who needs a last minute, short stay booking (1-4 days) at a low affordable cost. If you have a well behaved dog, low-medium energy, that needs a safe, clean, and loving home for a few days while you’re gone, I’m the Rover for you 🙂 I live in an apartment so ideally my home is best suited for small to medium size dogs that are house trained, well behaved, and low-medium energy. I can unfortunately only accept large dogs if they are low energy, behaved, and house trained I do not have a yard but I do have plenty of safe walking space around the neighborhood. During the day, potty breaks are every 4 hours. If your dog is crate trained, that is a plus for overnight sleeping to avoid any issues of being out roaming the apartment without supervision. I am otherwise home and attentive to your dog. Communication is important. I respond quickly and will send daily updates. I’m only charging $20 a night because I know how hard it is to find safe, dependable, and affordable care, especially last minute. So I want to open my home when my schedule allows to help other dog owners I don’t require a meet and greet ahead of time but have no problem if you would like to have one (in person or FaceTime) and see if my place is the right fit for your dog when you’re gone. For the safety of your dog, I do not feed anything but your provided dog food and provided treats. I do not feed human food or my own treats as I don’t want to risk any stomach issues Thank you for your time and consideration

Elizabeth hosted our senior dog, Vince, for six days while we were out of town. It was the first time Vince stayed with her. Elizabeth cared for our boy with genuine compassion, attentiveness, and informed awareness. She communicated with us daily, kept us informed of any concerns or observations that would contribute to the quality of Vince's stay with her. She demonstrated the highest level of care that we've experienced since we joined Rover. Elizabeth's focus on the unique needs of our senior dog shows that she is experienced, knowledgable, and a true dog-lover. She gave him long walks (which he LOVES), she intuitively tuned into his specific health needs, and she showed patience, kindness, and understanding in managing his behavioral quirks (which he does have). She was also very flexible when I had to adjust our drop-off and pick-up time due to travel schedule changes and such. She was a pleasure to work with and we would gratefully board our Vince with her again.
Elijah was a perfect match for my Bluey. I was very nervous leaving my kitten but when I got to his home he it was very spacious and bright. I believe Bluey took to him naturally. He sent pictures of my boy playing and even a posed on that I can never get. I will use Elijah again.
Amy was amazing! She watched my 13 year old active senior dog and took great care of him! From daily updates and photos, to handling his senior needs of pills, toothpaste, and water additives, to handling his issues with other large dogs, to taking him on long walks, Amy did it all! My pup was so pooped out from having a great time that he went to bed early when I got home. I would absolutely trust any to watch my pup again!
Makenna did a wonderful job watching our dog JJ over the weekend. She sent me photos and kept me informed with how he was doing. Jj can be a bit anxious and she helped him feel so safe, he even ate a meal the first day (he doesn’t always do that). Jj got to go on a lot of walks with her too. I highly recommend Makenna and I would definitely use her services again when we are in the AA area. 5 stars
Elka never boarded with a family before... and she clearly LOVED Jenn and the family! I couldn't have found anyone that was better for her to be with... the boys played with her, she hung out with the family - and seemed to be so much at home. When I brought her home yesterday - she started to go into different rooms looking for something.. I really think she was looking for the boys to play with. The daily pictures with Elka hanging with and playing with the family gave so much peace of mind. I certainly recommend them! Roz

I cannot recommend Shannon highly enough. My rescue dog is usually reluctant to play with other dogs, but Shannon knows how to introduce animals and make sure they are safe and secure. She’s extremely knowledgable about animal behavior and training— I’ve had dogs for 40 years and had several dog classes, but I learned much that I didn’t know. Also, my dog has a restricted diet and meds and Shannon was very conscientious. You can’t go wrong with boarding your dog with her.
