Your pet will be like family!
In my 20+ years working with dogs I have learned not only to train dogs but to specifically work with different types, breeds, different personalities and concerns that owners may have. I have always loved dogs and understand that sometimes, though we want to, we can’t have our pets with us. I want to do whatever I can to put your mind at ease that your pet will be well taken care of while you are away! I have a very flexible schedule, whatever your schedule, I will do my best to make it work. I am available for boarding, daycare, drop in visits and dog walks most days. We are also available most holidays (federal and AAPS). I have a fenced in yard, two children, who are very knowledgeable and calm around dogs, and I maintain a clean home. We want your pet to be as comfortable as possible with the care that we provide. We are an active family, so your pet will receive plenty of exercise, though if they need down time, we can accommodate down time as well! We love our doggos that stay with us and always look forward to hanging out with them. Typically we have at least one other doggo with us and would love to add to our puppy family!

I cannot recommend Shannon highly enough. My rescue dog is usually reluctant to play with other dogs, but Shannon knows how to introduce animals and make sure they are safe and secure. She’s extremely knowledgable about animal behavior and training— I’ve had dogs for 40 years and had several dog classes, but I learned much that I didn’t know. Also, my dog has a restricted diet and meds and Shannon was very conscientious. You can’t go wrong with boarding your dog with her.
We boarded Rocky for 4 1/2 days with Shannon and he had a blast! She did a good job enforcing training and getting him the exercise he needs to stay happy and healthy, and we look forward to our next visit.
Very dependable and kind. We felt comfortable leaving our dog with Shannon for a holiday week.

Shannon took great care of our four month old puppy, Lucy. She asked thoughtful questions during the meet and great, provided clear instructions to prepare for the drop off, sent pictures, videos and texts while caring for Lucy, and offered really helpful training suggestions and techniques. We were quite nervous leaving Lucy for the first time, so Shannon’s professionalism and care was a real gift to us. Not to mention a gift to Lucy - she came back to us as a better behaved puppy than when we left her! We will definitely rebook Shannon’s services soon.

Schedule
I work from home and create my schedule daily to reflect the dogs that I will have in daycare and boarding. That will include walks, playtime, nap time, feeding schedules and one on one time.
