“Our dog was supper happy and calm when we got home after Tori walked him and spent time with him. I can see he had a great time with her! She was also easy to communicate with. I would request her services again in the future, and recommend her to other dog owners.”

“Susannah was amazing! She was super responsive, accommodating, and great with our pup. I would highly recommend booking her. We would have loved to have her walk our dog for a longer period of time, but we moved out of the area.”

About: Hi, I’m Solveig! I love caring for cats and dogs! I’ve had my cat, Autumn, for four years now, and I’ve grown up with dogs in my family. I’ve fed, played with, walked, and cared for my family’s dogs from a young age. I’m also an experienced pet-sitter with over ten years of experience caring for cats and dogs in my neighborhood. I love spending time with animals, and I’m comfortable caring for dogs and cats who are shyer and more anxious, as well as those with more exuberant personalities! I’m comfortable administering oral medications and caring for senior dogs and cats as well. I love taking dogs on walks, and I’m experienced and comfortable walking dogs of varying energy levels and personalities. I recently graduated with my master’s degree from UMich and am working part-time as a violinist, so I have lots of free time, especially during the day on weekdays! This means that I’m available for midday check-ins and dog walks when many people are working or in class. Because of my work as a violinist, some weeks I’m unavailable in the evenings (7-10 pm) due to orchestra rehearsals and concerts. Reach out and I can provide more details. My schedule is flexible and changes week to week, so I’m able to accommodate many last minute requests and meet your scheduling needs for your pet! When caring for pets in your home, I make sure that both you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease. I treat every pet like it’s my own, providing plenty of love, attention, and care while also respecting the home that they live in. I follow all instructions closely to maintain your pet’s routine, whether that’s mealtimes, playtime, walks, or administering special care. I know how important consistency is, so I make sure your pet feels safe and secure, even while you’re away. You can rely on me to be communicative, reliable, and attentive when caring for your pet!

About: Hi, I’m Sam! I’ve been caring for dogs for over 6 years and have had 2 of my own prior to college, so I know firsthand how much they mean to the family. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or overnight sitting, I treat every pet like my own—with love, patience, and plenty of belly rubs. Animals bring me so much joy, and I make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. From energetic puppies to sweet senior dogs, I’m here to give them the attention they deserve. I am a student at Michigan and I’m available for walks every weekday after 1 PM. I am available for boarding on Tuesday night and Sunday nights. Feel free to message me for more specific times. In my home they’ll get plenty of love, walks, playtime, and cuddles. I keep their routine as close to normal as possible so they feel comfortable and safe. If I’m caring for your pet at your place, I’ll follow their usual schedule for meals, walks, and snuggles. I’ll keep things clean, give them all the attention they need, and send you updates and pictures so you know they’re happy and cared for.

“Elayna was very quick to respond and very communicative. She was extremely flexible with my last minute request and tons of disorganization on my part. Very attentive to my senior dogs needs. Would highly recommend!”

“Casidy has been awesome in taking care of our 100 pound Bernedoodle twice a day while I was out and my teens at school. She sent pics and made sure he had water when coming home; took real extensive walks with him and I could see that they both got along great. She has a big Schnauzer herself and I did not worry once that she was comfortable with our maxi-sized Olly.”

About: I’ve have a dog since I was 5, have been dog walking since the age of 14 and have always been so fond of pets!!! I am now a senior at UMich and have a lot of time on my hands! I am taking only 3 courses so I will be spending most of my time at home! I will be able to spend majority of my time at home, taking care of your pets! My house is super pet-friendly! There are four of us living in the house and we are all super comfortable with dogs. Dogs are allowed in all beds and coaches! I also really enjoy going on walks and a dog would be an awesome addition!
“My dog, Kona, is not easy. She is reactive to other dogs, reactive to strangers, doesnt like meeting new people, will lunge and bark if someone tries to pet her, etc. Jorja has been nothing but patient and understanding. She's gone on countless walks with us to help acclimate my dog to her. She's amazing at reading Kona's body language and is able to understand when to back off vs when Kona is more receptive to her attention/affection. Jorja clearly has an amazing understanding of dog behavior and she also seems to intuitively integrate the way I train/interact with Kona into the way she interacts with Kona as well. Couldn't recommend enough.”

About: I am a graduate student who adores cats and dogs! I got my first dog at 18 (a King Charles named Rosie) and raising her was a transformative experience :-) I genuinely enjoy all aspects of pet care, and pet sitting has been a great way for me to disconnect from school work for a bit. I have experience taking care of animals big and small, and meeting and caring for each one has been an absolute joy :-) I am a graduate student, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I typically stay in Ann Arbor over the holidays, so I have a lot more flexibility over the winter break. I can take care of small dogs in my home, but cannot take care of cats (unfortunately, my landlord has a cat allergy). I have a preference for taking care of pets in the client’s home. While pet sitting, I can spend the night in the client’s home, or I can remain in my own home and travel back and forth between my home and the client’s for walks/meals etc.
About: I have owner 3 dogs for a majority of my life as well as have had pet chinchillas, birds, hamsters, fish. I especially love big dogs! I am currently a student at the University of Michigan, so I have a lot of availability over the summer and breaks from school as well as time everyday in the afternoon and evening, and mornings on weekends. I live in a student apartment on campus, so I do not currently care for animals in my own home, however, I am very diligent about crating, closing fences and doors, as well as approaching animals in a calm manner.
About: I’ve been lucky to share my life with two perfect dogs—one high-energy and playful, the other calm and laid-back. Caring for both taught me how to adapt to different personalities and needs, from daily exercise and playtime to quiet companionship. I also love going on walks through my beautiful neighborhood, which makes it easy to keep dogs active, curious, and engaged. I’m very hands-on, attentive, and always focused on making sure pets feel comfortable and loved. Dogs truly are my favorite thing in the world, and I treat each one like they’re my family! I’m currently a senior at the University of Michigan studying Psychology, and I have plenty of free time in my schedule to dedicate to caring for a new buddy! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine—I love the energy and joy dogs bring, and spending time with them is truly the best part of my day. I’m originally from Los Angeles, but here in Ann Arbor I live in a house with five incredible roommates who are all dog-lovers too. That means your puppy will always be surrounded by a warm, welcoming environment and plenty of people excited to give them attention and belly rubs! Whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just relaxing, I’ll make sure your dog feels happy, safe, and loved as part of my weekly routine. Safety and trust are my top priorities. In my home, dogs will be welcomed into a warm, pet-friendly environment with plenty of space to play and relax. When we’re out in my neighborhood, I’m very mindful of surroundings and make sure walks are both fun and safe. I’m conscious of different dog behaviors and always treat each dog with gentle care and respect. I also stay alert to prevent them from getting into anything harmful or unsafe, so you can feel confident that your dog is in good hands!

About: Hi! I’m Sam, a senior at Michigan who loves spending time outdoors with dogs of all kinds. I’m reliable, active, and treat every pup like my own! Pet care fits easily into my routine! As a college student with a flexible schedule, I love starting or ending my day with walks and playtime. It’s the best stress reliever and keeps me active! I take time to get to know each pet’s personality and routine so they feel secure and cared for. I make sure they’re in a clean, calm space, keep a close eye during walks or playtime, and always follow any owner instructions carefully.
About: Besides my overwhelming and genuine love for dogs, what sets me apart is my hands-on experience with all ages and temperaments of canines. By the time I was 6 years old, my first family dog was deaf, blind, and very confused. I cared for her no differently than I would any other dog - giving her patience, gentle guidance, and lots of love. Our second dog was a retired show dog with a calm, mellow personality, and I learned how to give her the attention and care she needed. Our third and current dog, Jasper, we got as a puppy. I helped train and raise him, learning the importance of consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement. These experiences taught me to adapt my care to each dog’s personality and needs, ensuring every pup feels safe, happy, and loved. I am currently working remotely in 2 research labs, so I have plenty of availability and can get work done while also keeping your animals company. I am living in an apartment on campus right now, so your pet would probably be happier at your place. I am willing to make those visits!
