About: I’ve taken care of many pets! I have lots of experience with dogs, cats, rats, chinchillas, and birds. I’ve also taken care of guinea pigs, ferrets, and bunnies. I’ve pet sit for neighbors, coworkers, and friends. I’m currently not going in for work so I have plenty of time to care for your pet. I may only leave for a couple hours at a time to run errands. I have a fenced yard and live near nature trails that provide an exciting walking environment for dogs. I have two dogs at home that are ok with other dogs.

About: I grew up caring for my family’s two rescue dogs in Hong Kong before moving to Ann Arbor. When we first adopted them, they were timid and fearful around humans. Through patience, consistency, and daily walks, I helped them slowly build confidence—step by step—into the happy, adventurous pups they are today. That experience taught me how important calm, understanding care is, especially for shy or sensitive dogs. Every dog is unique, but all dogs deserve safe, happy walks tailored to them. Does your dog prefer a slow, relaxed stroll, or are they more into a full-on sniffari? Let me know their personality and walking style so I can make each walk enjoyable and stress-free. I work from home, which allows flexibility, though my availability can sometimes be limited due to other commitments. Please feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to discuss your needs and do my best to accommodate requests. I do occasionally travel back to Hong Kong to care for my dogs when my brother is away for work, which may mean limited availability for short periods. I know this may seem like a lot, but it’s simply because I deeply love and care for my dogs—and I promise to treat yours with the same patience and attention. I currently do not have a fenced yard and is working to save enough to build one. If you’d like me to do drop-visits, I will treat your home like my own.

About: I grew up with dogs by my side from the day I was born until I was 26, so I'm completely comfortable with pups of every size! Exercise is one of my favorite parts of caring for dogs: long walks, backyard play sessions with their favorite toys, and always adjusting to match their normal activity level so they get exactly what they’re used to. Over the past 6 years, I've also cared for many friends' and coworkers' dogs, from single pups to multi-dog households. I'm currently a medical student, but I'm doing a research internship for the next year, which means my schedule is light — no studying and no long or unpredictable hospital shifts. I just work 8am–4pm Monday through Thursday, meaning I’m available in the late afternoon and evenings Monday-Thursday and all day Friday-Sunday, plus most holidays. When taking care of my own or other people’s dogs, my approach is always the same: walks and playtime throughout the day, meals at their usual times, frequent potty breaks, fresh water always available, and sticking closely to their regular routine so they feel safe and comfortable. I treat every dog like my own and I'm excited to help with dog walks, drop-in visits, or pet-sitting, always giving your dog the time, attention, and care they deserve.

About: I have owned two dogs as pets. One lived to be 17. My dogs I have owned were both spunkie and lots of fun! I also worked in Illinois for a local dog walking/sitter company. I would walk my dogs for 20 I do walks in all kinds of weather. I had 2-4 dogs a week. Frankie a male dog and Ginger an older arthritic dog; they were my regulars. I would end every visit with petting and a treat. I really love my dogs and took very good care of them. Every visit ends with a text to the owner including a cute photo and information on whether the dog peed and pooped. I also volunteer at the Huron Velley Humane Society. My son has had all kinds of animals so if you have a bearded dragon or hamster I am familiar with many different pets. I love the flexibility. I enjoy getting outdoors and I love animals. This is a great combo for me. I’m recently stopped working this will a great way to fill my days. My dog gets a lot of love. I believe the best part of dogs is they are simple they just need attention and love. The last two dogs I had I gave lots of petting and hugs. Dogs also need stimulation whether it be playing fetch or using a Kong or some other activity an owner may have I like to incorporate that into my visit.

About: I currently work at a vet tech. I’m hoping to pursue veterinary school within the next couple years. I have a cat, dog, and tortoise of my own. I love taking care of animals. I’m willing to be flexible with rates too. I have experience sitting independently. New to Rover though! Im working part-time so I have plenty of flexibility with my schedule and will do my best to accommodate your fur babies. They’ll be treated like my own! I cannot provide boarding unfortunately as I don’t have a house. However, I am definitely willing to come sit and do overnight stays if you live a reasonable distance from me.

About: I grew up with Siberian huskies and am comfortable around high energy breeds! I also care for cats of friends and family, including cats with medical needs. I work a very non-traditional schedule, with rotating days and shifts. That being said, there’s almost always a way to figure out 1-2 visits or walks per day (though one may be preferred on some days). Reach out and we can figure it out! I am respectful of any space I am invited into, and I am diligent about security. I am comfortable working with any special requests you may have.

About: I've grown up with dogs since I was a child, and have helped care for all of my family's dogs, including walking, feeding, and dog sitting for them. My parents currently have a rescue dog, who is more skittish and requires additional consideration when I've cared for her. I've also dog sat for neighbors while in high school and college, as well as dog and cat sat for co-workers through the years. I currently am a cat mom to two cats, one is a rescue and took a lot more time to feel comfortable in our home, and the other I've raised from the time he was a kitten. I will give your dogs and cats the same care and concern I've given my own pets. I currently work in education and have summers off, so I have lots of availability, including morning, afternoon, and evening, for pet care. I live locally and can easily get to most neighborhoods nearby. I can come to your home, walk your dog, do a play drop in, and sit with your dog and/or cat indoors or outdoors, depending on what they like!

About: Whether your dog needs a midday walk or your pets need a check-in while you're away, I'm here to provide dependable, compassionate care and keep their routine as consistent as possible. I understand that every pet is different, so I take the time to get to know their personality, energy level, and individual needs. During walks, my focus is on your dog's safety, exercise, and enjoyment, whether that's a leisurely stroll, an energetic walk, or time to sniff and explore. For drop-in visits, I'm happy to provide fresh food and water, potty breaks, playtime, medication (if needed), and plenty of affection. I'll also send updates and photos after each visit so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I treat every animal as if they were my own and pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and attentive. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pets. Currently working from home so I am able make time for walks and drops in near by throughout the day. From 20 minute to hour visits. I keep a constant eye on our surroundings while on outings. For walks and drop in care visits I give your pets the same love and safety actions as I do my own dog.

About: I have owned several dogs and cats and have been responsible for caring for them for the past 10 years. I grew up on a farm, so I have experience with pigs, sheep, goats, and some horses. I also watch dogs and cats for family friends, and I love all animals! I have a hybrid work schedule and typically from home 3 days a week. I am happy to care for animals in the mornings and afternoons when I go into the office (typically 9am-4pm) and throughout the day when I work from home. I walk my dogs with leashes, and they are crate trained for the night. However, I also have experience with dogs who are trained with shock/recall collars and dogs who don’t use crates. I am comfortable with litter boxes for cats, and have no problems keeping them clean.
