Thank you for visiting my profile! Beyond two years of experience thus far on Rover, I have two additional years of professional pet care experience as an employee in a dog/cat sitting/walking company, working with dogs and cats of all breeds, temperaments, and ages--from shy greyhounds, to stubborn bulldogs, to deaf and blind pets, to arthritic pets that need a little bit of extra care and caution. I have loved animals all my life, and from an early age I was helping neighbors with their pets. My first priority is always the safety and comfort of your animal family, no matter what. I understand that apparent aggression in an animal is often a sign of fear, so my first priority is putting your pet at ease. Having their owners away is often a scary time, so I create an experience tailored to each animal, a balance of personal space when they need it and keeping them engaged and having a blast! Each pet is different, and my care reflects that. Currently, Rover is my full-time job. This means I have both a wide range of time slots and an attitude of strict accountability. I respect each service I perform and am no stranger to cleaning up a mess or administering medication. I understand how detail-oriented pet sitters must be and am ready to give your pet the love and care they very well deserve! I can't wait to meet them. I also provide housekeeping services if plants need to be watered or mail taken in. I can rotate lights to make the house appear lived in.
