For house visits - I welcome all kinds of animals! For dog walking, I prefer small to medium sized dogs or large dogs with low energy. I have experience giving medication to both cats and dogs.
A typical day
My senior dog would stop constantly on walks to sniff around -- I'll make sure your dog gets lots of sniffs in too! I'm also content sitting on your couch watching your aloof cat stare at me from across the room. I'm usually pretty good at enticing them with a fun toy though!

I cared for our recently departed Maltese/Shih-Tzu for over 20 years as well as several cats--our two current cats are 10 years old and 2 years old. I recently adopted a Westie/Chihuahua who is 5 years old. I've also fostered kittens and provided care for other families over the years and am comfortable administering medications. I am open to watching cats, birds, hamsters, etc. Let me know your needs and I will be happy to work with you!

Thanks!! If you pick him up and carry him to the road he’ll be more likely to walk. But I just wanted someone yesterday to check in and feed him and entertain him even more than “walk” him so it was perfect. He LOVES to just lay on grass.
Alyssa took incredible care of our three cats while we were away for a week! One cat required a daily pill which was no problem for her. Highly recommend!
Alyssa took great care of my 2 cats and one of them who normally hides from new people let her pet him right off the bat.
