About: Hi there! My wife and I have spent our entire lives surrounded by cats, dogs, birds, you name it. Caring for pets has always been a huge part of who we are, and we would love to give your furry family members the same love, attention, and care we give our own. We both grew up with pets and have volunteered at animal shelters, gaining experience with animals of different ages, personalities, and backgrounds. We have experience raising dogs, caring for pregnant cats/newborn kittens, and have rescued animals. We understand all your animals have unique personalities, and with that different needs that deserve individualized attention. We also know how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pets, as a couple who uses Rover ourselves when we go on vacation. Our goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while giving you peace of mind. About: I am very well versed in dog care, dog body language, and dog introductions. We have 5.5 acres for dogs to run and I have three who are very wonderful playmates for my guests and fosters. I have a very flexible schedule for dog and cat care! I am a stay at home mother of three school aged kiddos here in Dexter I will treat your animals like my own animals, with love and care, and an emphasis on exercise, play and fun for them as well!

About: I have owned two dogs as pets. One lived to be 17. My dogs I have owned were both spunkie and lots of fun! I also worked in Illinois for a local dog walking/sitter company. I would walk my dogs for 20 I do walks in all kinds of weather. I had 2-4 dogs a week. Frankie a male dog and Ginger an older arthritic dog; they were my regulars. I would end every visit with petting and a treat. I really love my dogs and took very good care of them. Every visit ends with a text to the owner including a cute photo and information on whether the dog peed and pooped. I also volunteer at the Huron Velley Humane Society. My son has had all kinds of animals so if you have a bearded dragon or hamster I am familiar with many different pets. I love the flexibility. I enjoy getting outdoors and I love animals. This is a great combo for me. I’m recently stopped working this will a great way to fill my days. My dog gets a lot of love. I believe the best part of dogs is they are simple they just need attention and love. The last two dogs I had I gave lots of petting and hugs. Dogs also need stimulation whether it be playing fetch or using a Kong or some other activity an owner may have I like to incorporate that into my visit.

About: I grew up with dogs, as many do. I have experience with an anxious reactive dog, experience taking our dogs through behaviorists and trainers, and experience potty training a puppy. I have watched cats for a handful of friends and have checked in on dogs for other friends and family as well. I am starting with Rover and looking to make a little extra money. Each pet is different and each schedule is different. Reach out and we can talk about what your needs are. I prefer to do meet n greets if you have a pet with behavior concerns. I would care for pets in a client's home, depending on their preferences and needs. A check in would include a meal if needed, walk if needed, medication if needed, potty time if needed, and play time or snuggle time if needed.

About: I currently work at a vet tech. I’m hoping to pursue veterinary school within the next couple years. I have a cat, dog, and tortoise of my own. I love taking care of animals. I’m willing to be flexible with rates too. I have experience sitting independently. New to Rover though! Im working part-time so I have plenty of flexibility with my schedule and will do my best to accommodate your fur babies. They’ll be treated like my own! I cannot provide boarding unfortunately as I don’t have a house. However, I am definitely willing to come sit and do overnight stays if you live a reasonable distance from me.

About: I've been caring for pets my whole life, and have been a trusted sitter for family and friends for many years. I've also been a volunteer for the Humane Society since 2019, helping socialize and train some of the most challenging shelter dogs and cats. I have experience with large and xl dogs, senior animals, and puppies and kittens 8 weeks and older. I grew up in a family that adopted all sorts of pets, from dogs and cats to guinea pigs, horses, parakeets, and one very majestic iguana. While I don't currently have any pets since my last elderly fur baby crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I look forward to adopting again in the future from a rescue organization. About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family didn’t have a dog of our own, so I became the go-to dog sitter in my neighborhood. I would walk, play with, and care for other people’s pets whenever I had the chance. That early experience turned into a genuine passion for understanding dogs and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy while their family was away. As soon as I had my own home, I adopted a puppy and fully committed to raising and training him with love and respect. About: Although I’m new to Rover, I’ve always been a huge dog lover and have cared for dogs through friends, family, and neighbors over the years. I’m responsible, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and giving dogs plenty of love and attention. I’m also very dependable and will treat your dog like they’re my own. My background in healthcare has taught me to be patient, responsible, and attentive to details, and I’ll always prioritize your pet’s safety and well-being. I’ll be moving to Wyoming on October 5 for a short-term job as I prepare for graduate school, and I’ll have a very flexible schedule leading up to that. From September 16 through October 5, I’ll have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I’m happy to work around your dog’s routine and will make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away.
