About: I have spent my whole life growing up with pets and love spending time with dogs and cats alike. I live an active lifestyle and love taking long walks, especially with a canine companion! I have experience walking dogs from animals shelters so so have worked with dogs with a variety of temperaments. I am working part time for the summer so I have time available throughout the week to go on walks or stop by and say hi to pets. I will not be able to care for pets in my home because I live in a small apartment and do not have sufficient space.

About: I've been caring for pets my whole life, and have been a trusted sitter for family and friends for many years. I've also been a volunteer for the Humane Society since 2019, helping socialize and train some of the most challenging shelter dogs and cats. I have experience with large and xl dogs, senior animals, and puppies and kittens 8 weeks and older. I grew up in a family that adopted all sorts of pets, from dogs and cats to guinea pigs, horses, parakeets, and one very majestic iguana. While I don't currently have any pets since my last elderly fur baby crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I look forward to adopting again in the future from a rescue organization. I'm a freelance grant writer, which means lots of flexibility to meet your scheduling needs. I can do drop-in visits and overnights at your home, and will happily send you as many photos as you like. Your trust and your fur baby's well being are my top priorities. I always make sure to follow any instructions or rules you have for your home and pets.

About: Our family has had many pets over the past 45 years; horses, goats, chickens, rabbits, cats, and dogs. My love and care for animals is abundant! I’m retired, flexible, and available 7 days a week during the day or evening. I also may be available on holidays depending on family plans. I would care for your pet in your home according to your detailed instructions. The safety of your pet and developing a trusting relationship with you pet are both very important to me.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs/cats since I was very young. I’ve always grown up with a pet living in our home which has given me the opportunity to gain much experience with how to care for different animals. I currently have two lab retrievers! I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! :) I am currently taking classes at WCC which is what I spend a majority of my time on. About: Ive been taking care of dogs my whole life. We actually had Beagle puppies born in our bathroom 13 years ago. I've raised 5 dogs all together. We have 1 left. He's our baby. I will love your dog like my own. I will take care of them like you do. I'm not working so I have plenty of time to walk, play and love on your pet! I am available most weekends and holidays as well. I have a fenced area in my yard, a doggie door and a very friendly senior dog. He's a little loud sometimes, since he's a Beagle but it's all love. Your fur baby will be super happy here. If you prefer I come to you that is perfectly fine too. I will make sure your pet is happy when I leave!

About: I've grown up with dogs since I was a child, and have helped care for all of my family's dogs, including walking, feeding, and dog sitting for them. My parents currently have a rescue dog, who is more skittish and requires additional consideration when I've cared for her. I've also dog sat for neighbors while in high school and college, as well as dog and cat sat for co-workers through the years. I also currently have two cats, one is a rescue and took a lot more time to feel comfortable in our home, and the other I've raised from the time he was a kitten. I will give your dogs the same care and concern I've given my own pets. I currently work in education and have summers off, so I have lots of availability, including morning, afternoon, and evening, for pet care. I live locally and can easily get to most neighborhoods nearby. I can come to your home, walk your dog, do a play drop in, and sit with your dog and/or cat indoors or outdoors, depending on what they like!

About: I have owned two dogs as pets. One lived to be 17. My dogs I have owned were both spunkie and lots of fun! I also worked in Illinois for a local dog walking/sitter company. I would walk my dogs for 20 I do walks in all kinds of weather. I had 2-4 dogs a week. Frankie a male dog and Ginger an older arthritic dog; they were my regulars. I would end every visit with petting and a treat. I really love my dogs and took very good care of them. Every visit ends with a text to the owner including a cute photo and information on whether the dog peed and pooped. I also volunteer at the Huron Velley Humane Society. My son has had all kinds of animals so if you have a bearded dragon or hamster I am familiar with many different pets. I love the flexibility. I enjoy getting outdoors and I love animals. This is a great combo for me. I’m recently stopped working this will a great way to fill my days. My dog gets a lot of love. I believe the best part of dogs is they are simple they just need attention and love. The last two dogs I had I gave lots of petting and hugs. Dogs also need stimulation whether it be playing fetch or using a Kong or some other activity an owner may have I like to incorporate that into my visit.

Ruthie needs a lot of exercise and Linda S walked her farther than any other dog walker we have had. They almost always walked more than 4 miles and one time she walked her 5.2 miles.
