About: I'm a mature pet/house sitter who will take great care of your pets and leave your house as clean as you left it and perhaps cleaner. I stay at your house every night leaving only for errands or a lunch/dinner out. I enjoy getting your pet outside for walks and play. I have taken care of cats, goats, chickens, horses, a mule and a donkey, I don't mind getting my hands dirty. I am retired so I am very flexible but prefer a few days notice, however if you need a pet/house sitter on a same day notice it's possible I can accommodate you. I have a minimum 2 night stay requirement, also, if you need just one evening that is a possibility as well, it just depends on where you are located. I will care for your pet in your home in the way that you instruct me to. If you have special commands I will need to know about them. If you would like to meet me before starting your job we can schedule a FaceTime chat or I can meet face to face with reasonable notice.

About: I currently work at a vet tech. I’m hoping to pursue veterinary school within the next couple years. I have a cat, dog, and tortoise of my own. I love taking care of animals. I’m willing to be flexible with rates too. I have experience sitting independently. New to Rover though! About: I grew up with dogs, as many do. I have experience with an anxious reactive dog, experience taking our dogs through behaviorists and trainers, and experience potty training a puppy. About: I am overall an animal person and have taken care of pets for neighbors and friends for as long as I can remember. My experience includes dogs and cats varying in ages; from pets under the age of 1 to over the age of 14 and am willing to learn more about caring for animals of all ages and varying needs. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
