About: I have been around dogs my entire life from small to large breeds. We always had dogs as I was growing up and continue to have dogs now. I am very flexible with my schedule, so I have time for all activities including going for walks and getting them the exercise they need. I am home every day with a very flexible schedule. About: I’ve had animals my whole life. I grew up on a dairy goat farm. All sorts of dogs, horses, cats, cows, goats, etc. I have had Chihuahuas all the way through German Shepherds. We have an older Miniature Schnauzer, under 1 year old Goldendoodle, and two gentle, quiet cats that lounge around (pretty much keeping to themselves) 🩷 I have plenty of space in my living area to have the zoomies. About: I'm a mature pet/house sitter who will take great care of your pets and leave your house as clean as you left it and perhaps cleaner. I stay at your house every night leaving only for errands or a lunch/dinner out. I enjoy getting your pet outside for walks and play. I have taken care of cats, goats, chickens, horses, a mule and a donkey, I don't mind getting my hands dirty. I am retired so I am very flexible but prefer a few days notice, however if you need a pet/house sitter on a same day notice it's possible I can accommodate you. I have a minimum 2 night stay requirement, also, if you need just one evening that is a possibility as well, it just depends on where you are located. I will care for your pet in your home in the way that you instruct me to. If you have special commands I will need to know about them. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for over 18 years now. I usually help family and friends when they go out of town. Pets are like family and should be treated as such and that is something I value in my care. I work full-time in grocery retail, typically on the early morning shift. This means I am completely done with work by mid-afternoon and have the rest of the day, evening, and night entirely open to focus on your pet! For house sitting or boarding, your pet will be safely left for an 8-hour stretch during the day while I am at the store, but they will get plenty of exercise and attention before I leave and the absolute maximum amount of love, long walks, and playtime the moment I get home. If I’m in a clients home, I will do what the client says is most best for their loved one. I aim to make sure each pet is cared for and comfortable in their environment.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats of all types and sizes since I was 8 years old. I have has countless walking and house sitting jobs since I was 14 and I was always the go-to person in the neighborhood if any pets needed walking or any families were going on vacation and were in need of an in-home caretaker, or just someone to visit their fluffy friends during the day and walk/play/spend time with them. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
