Over the years, I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors care for their dogs—whether that meant daily walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, or watching them in my own home. I’m able to accommodate last-minute requests, recurring walks, and longer stays. I’m reliable, responsive, and can adjust to your dog’s routine as needed. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and make sure dogs are always supervised while outside. I currently don’t have other pets in my home, so your dog will have a calm environment and my full attention. I also have reliable transportation and can safely transport dogs if needed. While I don’t keep a crate on hand, I’m happy to accommodate one if you provide it and can easily transport it when necessary.

“We are so happy we discovered Abby through Rover! She stayed with our 18 year old kitty while we were away at a family reunion, and she did a wonderful job! Oliver is no easy-to-deal-with cat, as he requires medicine twice a day, eats only canned food, and also has a bottomless pit for attention. She was there for him, kept us updated, and we also found our home spotless upon our return. In addition, she kept our wild birds happy by keeping their feeders and baths full, along with watering our potted flowers. Over and above!”

About: My whole life I have had dogs. When I was little a yellow lab, and now a very large charcoal lab, his name is Finn in my profile picture, he’s my best bud. Also added another furry friend to our mix, a red golden retriever, her name is Sadie. I also have four cats, one big orange tabby, a calico, and two black cats. My heart is full of love for animals and I would treat yours like my own. I dog sit for my grandparents as well, and friends as needed. I had the honor of helping train my grandmas dog and Finn as well. Simple things like learning to sit and stay but still important! I am currently home for the summer from college. I attend Ferris State and will return in the fall. So, I am just looking for a part time gig for the summer! Besides one vacation in June I am completely free for all potty breaks, walks, etc during the week. I have two dogs at home if a stay at my home is needed, I have leads available for use as well. We also have a fairly large crate used for our golden when she was a puppy, so your pet can be crated if necessary! My pups are very friendly and would love the extra company! I also have no problem staying at a clients home if that makes things easier! I have reliable transportation and have an SUV to take the pups to the park or anything like that! I often take my dogs with me to the store when I can and sometimes stop for a pup cup.
