For this past trip, she looked after our two siamese cats for a week and even managed to earn the approval of our very territorial female siamese (few have done — even family members). She went above and beyond giving them the attention each of them needed based on their unique personalities, and gave us updates with every visit. It was such a relief knowing Emily was looking after our kitties and we didn’t have to worry about how they were doing. We hope to book her for our next trip!”

About: I have cared for quite a few dogs (and cats) in the past, some young and some old, some big and some small. No matter how much hair your dog has, how rowdy they are, or how fragile they have become, I will care for them all the same! I promise I am reliable, responsible, and always put your pets' needs first. About: Grew up with a dog for 12 years now and take care of friends pets - mostly dogs, a few times with cats. My family had a cat when I was younger. I have taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages, a few cats, and a lizard. Grad student with ample time in class schedule. Avid runner, walker, and hiker & satisfying my love for animals by providing services on Rover (since I can’t commit to my own dog/cat until after graduation). I have a very spacious apartment that is right next to many trails and outdoor spaces. I am home most of the time, apart from classes, meaning that I have ample time to provide attention to pets and play with them.

About: I’ve grown up with pets my whole life and have always loved caring for animals. I regularly care for my childhood dogs, including a senior dog who requires extra attention and special care. This has given me experience being patient, attentive, and comfortable adapting to each pet’s individual needs. I am currently a graduate student at the University of Michigan and have flexibility in my schedule this semester. Pet care fits easily into my routine, and I’m happy to build my schedule around the needs of each pet. I enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and care. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and plenty of attention. I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets or animals with additional needs and will always prioritize their comfort and safety.

About: I’ve been babysitting and pet sitting since the age of 13 and have stuck with it as a summer job, now year-round gig ever since. I am now a 20 year old college student residing in Hartland. I can truly say there’s nothing I haven’t been able to do/learn. I’ve developed a pretty sturdy routine and enjoy getting to know my clients, their family’s and their pets. I’m very flexible and try my best to fit everybody in and make sure all my clients needs are met and more! My goal is to be a reliable pet sitter to all of my clients. Pet sitting and Babysitting is my full-time job right now and I have a lot of flexibility. Most of my families are currently out of town so I’m looking to fill up my schedule for the next few weeks. My clients typically tell me what they need done and we have a meeting a couple days or a week before they need me to come by. I do, of course, have my own pets and volunteer at dog and cat shelters in my spare time. My family has been fostering dogs through the shelter we volunteer at for over two years now and we have two cats. Typically a care routine is established through me and a client having a meeting or conversation over the phone. Every pet is unique and everyone’s standards are different. I usually just inquire with my client and create a plan that works the absolute best for their needs and their pet.

About: Worked at a dog day care for a short while during college, but lived with pets all my life. Current owner of a cat named Moss, and looking to spend some quality time with your pet <3 I’m working full time, but saving money for traveling. My weekly schedule for work is Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm. Always looking to fill my days off with things to get me out of the house. I live in a one bedroom apartment with one cat named Moss. I will not do overnight stays at another home, but I will provide daytime care at your home and overnight care at my own home.

About: Hi there, I have been involved with dog care since my childhood; growing up as a volunteer with various rescues and animal shelters, to fostering, to adopting and owning my own dogs. I have dealt with many breeds and types of dogs and personalities throughout the years. Unfortunately since my work schedule changes too frequently, I cannot accept bookings more than two weeks in advance. I am great for someone who needs a last minute, short stay booking (1-4 days) at a low affordable cost. If you have a well behaved dog, low-medium energy, that needs a safe, clean, and loving home for a few days while you’re gone, I’m the Rover for you 🙂 I live in an apartment so ideally my home is best suited for small to medium size dogs that are house trained, well behaved, and low-medium energy. I can unfortunately only accept large dogs if they are low energy, behaved, and house trained I do not have a yard but I do have plenty of safe walking space around the neighborhood. During the day, potty breaks are every 4 hours. If your dog is crate trained, that is a plus for overnight sleeping to avoid any issues of being out roaming the apartment without supervision. I am otherwise home and attentive to your dog. Communication is important. I respond quickly and will send daily updates. I’m only charging $20 a night because I know how hard it is to find safe, dependable, and affordable care, especially last minute. So I want to open my home when my schedule allows to help other dog owners I don’t require a meet and greet ahead of time but have no problem if you would like to have one (in person or FaceTime) and see if my place is the right fit for your dog when you’re gone. For the safety of your dog, I do not feed anything but your provided dog food and provided treats. I do not feed human food or my own treats as I don’t want to risk any stomach issues Thank you for your time and consideration
