About: I've been caring for pets my whole life, and have been a trusted sitter for family and friends for many years. I've also been a volunteer for the Humane Society since 2019, helping socialize and train some of the most challenging shelter dogs and cats. I have experience with large and xl dogs, senior animals, and puppies and kittens 8 weeks and older. I grew up in a family that adopted all sorts of pets, from dogs and cats to guinea pigs, horses, parakeets, and one very majestic iguana. While I don't currently have any pets since my last elderly fur baby crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I look forward to adopting again in the future from a rescue organization. About: I've been walking dogs and house-sitting since high school. There's nothing I love more than getting outside, and having a dog by my side makes it even better. I'm also lucky to have a beautiful home with a fully fenced yard, so dogs of all ages and energy levels are welcome. Couch potato or high energy pup — there's space for both here. About: I grew up with 2 small dogs (who think they're cats) and adopted a 16-year-old cat (who thinks she's a human) last year. My cat, Potato, came home from the shelter with chronic kidney disease, arthritis, and stitches from getting one eye removed. Magnolia dropped in a few times a day to care for our 2 little dogs for a week, while we were gone. She did a great job and left everything neat. The dogs did NOT bark at her the whole time, which is about the best review our dogs can leave (they are nervous around people who are not their people). Magnolia was not worried about the dogs being nervous. We would be happy to have her back.
Lauren was great! I have three dogs with totally different personalities and they can be somewhat nervous around new people but they warmed up to her almost immediately! Lauren sent me updates while I was away and she was flexible when the dogs needs changed while I was gone! Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
