“I can’t thank Missy enough. She made sure Marsha had some fun on top of the regular daily routine of feeding and meds. She was a very happy kitty. Marsha says thank you and hope to see you again!”

About: I’ve had pets ever since I can remember from all ages, breeds, and sizes. I have experience in walking, feedings, grooming, and medication needs for dogs and cats. I am a college student athlete with a soft spot for animals looking for a job for the summer. My schedule is very open and flexible and i’m available pretty everyday of the week. I am very flexible with times as well. So i’ll have plenty of time to meet all your pets needs. I would prefer to go to the clients house only. I can follow guidelines and routines that the client gives me. I will prioritize your pets needs and safety, while showing compassion.
“Emily is the best!!! She is so thorough and has great communication. My dog had the best time with her in the 2.5 weeks I was gone. I didn’t worry about her once because I knew she was in the best care with Emily. ☺️”

About: I’ve always loved dogs growing up and have had a mini Goldendoodle of my own named Nala for the past 6 years. I’ve learned so much from her and thoroughly enjoy walking her and playing with her. I know that walks are her time to explore the world and would love to help make sure other pups get the outdoor time they need! I am currently in my gap year before starting medical school in August, so I have plenty of free time for walks and check ins! I am very responsible and will be sure to follow whatever instructions I am given for walks and check ins. I respect that every dog has different needs and want to provide them with the best experience.
About: Have enjoyed having pets around my entire life. Would love an opportunity to spend time with your furry family member when you are not available. I am retired therefore I’m currently available any day or evening for an opportunity to help you out by keeping your pets healthy and happy. Looking forward to spending time with your dog either in their happy home or while out for some exercise. Would never pass up an opportunity to say hello and give a little belly rub to a furry friend.
About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and currently have two of my own—a Shih Tzu and a Mini Poodle—who I treat like family. Growing up with pets has given me a natural understanding of their needs, behaviors, and personalities. I’m experienced with both small and senior dogs, and I always prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. What sets me apart from other sitters is the genuine love and patience I bring to each pet I care for. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I currently work part time and an internship so my availability is mostly afternoons after 2pm. I’m available in the mornings or afternoon on the weekends as well. Whether caring for pets in my home or my client’s home, I always focus on creating a safe, calm, and loving environment. I follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I take time to build trust with each animal and make sure they feel cared for.
About: I will treat your pet not only as my own, but give it that same respect as I would any human. I have pet sat over night, during the day, and just for a few hours and I loved every minute of it. I’m very responsible and always go over and beyond when taking care of animals, because they are more than just animals they are family. I have had two dogs in my lifetime and cared for them and gave them so much love until they sadly passed away a few years ago. I now have a cute little Terrier mix dog named Lavender! I often watch my cousins dog whenever they go out of town and my friends cat. Hopefully you will give me the chance to shower your pet with lots of love!!!! I am currently in graduate school, so my schedule is flexable enough to give your pet all the love and attention it needs and wants!! I have a big open field next to my building where I take my dog out 3-4 times a day to run around and play!!
About: With over 5 years of pet care experience, I specialize in providing tailored care for pets of all ages. My services include training puppies with positive reinforcement techniques, administering medication, and offering attentive senior pet care. What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals, my reliable and flexible service, and my commitment to ensuring every pet feels safe, loved, and happy in my care. Pet care is an integral part of my daily and weekly routine. I prioritize morning and evening walks, feeding, and playtime, ensuring each pet receives the attention and care they need. My flexible schedule allows me to accommodate special needs or additional visits, making sure every pet is comfortable and well-cared for throughout the day. In my home, pets enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable environment with plenty of space to play and relax. I provide personalized feeding schedules, regular exercise, and lots of love and attention. For in-home visits, I maintain the pet’s usual routine, ensuring their comfort and reducing stress. I follow detailed care instructions, provide regular updates to the owner, and ensure a secure environment, whether it's daily visits or overnight stays
“Aurora went above an beyond! She was super attentive and responsive. She also gave us excellent updates so I felt super secure while I was out of town. I'm pretty sure my pets are disappointed that she won't be visiting them everyday anymore after my trip. For my next trip I would definitely like to book with her again to look over my fur babies!”

“Jess has been just what we all needed. She’s been very punctual and is spending great quality time with our dog. She leaves us detailed reports each visit and also attaches photos, which mean so much to me. Thank you!!!!!”

“You don’t have to look any further; if you need someone to care for your furry children while you’re away, hire Sheritha. She will care for your pup as if it was her own pet. I received numerous updates and she responded quickly whenever there was a question or concern. Most importantly, my dog Woody adores her! So look around some more if you need to, but really you don’t have to look much longer. I’d recommend her without hesitation.”

“Emily was great! Our kitties loved spending time with her! We were gone for almost 3 weeks and worried about how they would be. Emily sent pictures every visit and updated us every day! She even spent extra time with them which was above and beyond! We highly recommend Emily for cat sitting and we will surely use her again!”

About: I have taken care of dogs for the past 4 years consistently but have had some pets beforehand. Some special skills I have are that I can match high-energy dogs on walks and am very attentive to routines and instructions. I am currently a college student on summer break working a part time job roughly 2 days a week. My schedule is very flexible and I am available daily! I currently do not offer services to care for pets in my own home and have not worked in a clients home yet either, although this may change in the future.

About: I've had pets since I was little and have done occasional pet sitting. I current;y care for my American Bully, Pork Chop by taking him on walks, to the dog park, and teaching him new tricks. We also like to walk on trails and around Downtown Plymouth! I currently work part-time as a nanny Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and I am in college mostly online. I am home most of the day on Monday and Wednesday along with a decent amount on the weekends. Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays I am home in the evenings and in the morning. While I will be caring for your pet in the morning and evening before work on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday during the day someone will be home ~90% of the time to keep the pet company! I have a very friendly dog named Pork Chop who is ~1 1/2 years old and neutered. He loves to run around and play with other dogs at the dog park! We do not have a fenced yard but, we have a tie out for quick bathroom breaks and take Pork Chop (along with potential friends) on little bathroom walks throughout the day. We go on at least one mile walk a day and frequently visit the dog park! We have lots of toys, dog beds, a crate and dogs are allowed on furniture and beds.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
