About: My family has always been a "dog" family. I've taken responsibility to take care of all our family dogs and i've grown to love animals ever since then:) I am currently a student at Michigan State University and am available throughout the summer, during school breaks, and on most weekends. About: I’m a former teacher and love all sorts of animals. I grew up with dogs and we used to have an awesome yellow Labrador named Zoie. When she passed, my heart needed time to heal and we got busy with raising our son and his activities that we didn’t have time to dedicate to training a puppy. Our neighbor recently got a puppy and my son and I have been helping them out with potty breaks while they are unable to get home to let him out, and she mentioned needing to fine someone on Rover when we couldn't help out. So the idea was born, we thought it would help us get our puppy/dog fix and allow us to love on other people’s pets. We could have it all! My husband has a flexible schedule to work with welcoming dogs and ensuring they are able to use get potty breaks while I work outside the home. We don’t have a fenced yard but will gladly take your dog out on a leash to use the bathroom, so they must be able to go while on a leash.

About: I have taken care of a variety of animals from Great Danes to Mice! Family and friends have asked me to care for their pets and homes while out of town or on vacation. I also worked for a pet store for five years and have tons of experience with pets of every kind! I currently have no fur babies of my own, so I live vicariously through friends and neighbors. I'm always happy to help them with anything they might need for their pets. At my own home, when I had pets, we have a fenced yard and both crated and uncrated dogs, so I am comfortable with a variety of setups. I also spent many years caring for my own pets at an apartment so I am more than willing to take pets out on potty breaks on leash if needed.
