About: I’ve had and taken care of dogs and cats of a variety of breeds my whole life. I’ve worked with dogs and cats of all ages and a variety of sizes. I currently have a large breed, American Akita, and a small breed, Pomsky, and a tuxedo cat. I’m experienced with dogs who have special needs and require medication. I work full time, but have plenty of availability to take care of your pup. I’m available on weekends and week day evenings after 4:15 pm. Ask me about overnight stays. I will provide what your pet needs based on your environment. If you have a fenced in yard we will play there. If not we will go on walks and play.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I’m truly passionate about. Through my Rover bookings, I’ve had the opportunity to care for dogs with many different personalities, including shy, nervous, and anxious dogs who need extra patience and reassurance. I understand that every dog adjusts differently, so I always let them move at their own pace while building trust through kindness, consistency, and positive interactions. In addition to my Rover experience, I volunteer at my local Humane Society, where I’ve worked with dogs of different breeds, ages, and energy levels. I’m also the proud dog mom of a rescue puppy, whom I trained using positive reinforcement. That experience taught me the importance of patience, structure, and making every dog feel safe and confident. During walks, I’m happy to reinforce the training you’re already working on by encouraging good leash manners, basic commands, and polite walking habits using positive reinforcement. Whether your dog loves long adventures, playing fetch, or taking things slow, I’ll tailor every visit to their individual personality and needs. As a fellow dog mom, I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet in someone else’s care and how expensive pet care can become. That’s why I strive to keep my prices fair while providing dependable, personalized care that never compromises on quality. My goal is to make every dog feel loved, safe, and comfortable while giving owners complete peace of mind through regular updates, photos, and communication. When your pet is with me, they’ll be treated like part of my own family. As a college student, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve. I’m available for overnight stays on weekends and weekday ; and walks any day! I look forward to providing dependable, loving care and making every visit a positive experience for your pet. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I live in a spacious, climate controlled home. Although my cats refuse to coexist (i.e. they live in separate rooms) Carissa made sure both received quality playtime and social interaction each visit. Her notes made it clear she understands cat logic; she worked hard to win their trust, but didn’t take it personally when they were feeling aloof. Overall, a very positive experience.”

About: My family has always been a "dog" family. I've taken responsibility to take care of all our family dogs and i've grown to love animals ever since then:) I am currently a student at Michigan State University, so i'm available all summer until the end of August when I move back to school. I read care instructions very carefully and follow all precautions. I am also stronger and can keep them near or control them easier. I love to provide them with love and comfort or any fun play time.

About: What I think sets me apart from other sitters would be my genuine love for all animals and my experience. I have over 13 years of experience with animals (mostly with my own) but also caring for my neighbors/friends & some pet owners on this app. Over the years, I have had 5 cats (one currently) 2 fish, 1 dog & 2 hamsters. I work as a flight attendant, so my schedule is very flexible and I am able to manipulate my schedule if needed! I am able to accommodate dates & times if let know ahead of time. I have one cat at the moment and she is my baby! My boyfriend works from home while I am at work, however I am also home almost every night to care for her as well. She has an automatic wet and dry feeder as well as a continuous water fountain. She gets her litter box scooped 2x sometimes 3x a day. She is very friendly and is very affectionate. She has tons of toys, but her favorites are the spiral springs we get her off Amazon.

Tristin went above and beyond doing some cleaning when this happened. My cat even came out of hiding a few times when he was there. And that is saying a lot. I can not recommend Tristin enough.”

About: I got my first dog when I was in 12. Her name was Egypt and she was a red nose pit and at the time i didn’t know much about dogs but the love i grew for her and caring for her was so deep. She needed me for everyday survival but I learned I needed her much more than she needed me. I feel that way about all animals and I will treat your pet as if they are Egypt. I have dog sat friends/family pets before as well, i walked, fed, bathed, their/my pets as well as cleaning their enclosures and dealing with doggie periods. I also have cared for a hamster and bearded dragon before so I have experience will pets other than cats or dogs! I’m currently working 7-1pm shifts, so I am free after 1pm and all day on the days I do not have work! I’d like to fit in pet care as much as I can! I currently live at an apartment and would prefer to care for your pets in your home but I have no problem cleaning up and refreshing the food bowls and litter boxes. Also making sure there are no paw prints on the floor if it’s wet or muddy outside. I love cleaning so also just cleaning up after myself or your pet if an accident occurs.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 9. I’ve had pets of all kinds including turtles, cats, lizards, frogs, fish, praying mantis, butterflies, and more along with plenty of dog sitting. I love animals and I plan to go into zoology and work with animals full time at a zoo or animal sanctuary or conservancy. I can’t wait to watch your animals :) I’m not working this summer so I’m free most of the time. I do have personal training Monday and Thursday at 4:00pm and physical therapy Tuesday and Friday around 2:00pm and they are an hour each. I can care for your pets in whatever way you need me to. I prefer detailed instructions and I will follow whatever routine you want me to as closely as possible.
