My schedule is mostly anytime around an 8-5 Monday-Friday work schedule since I paint cars at a dealership collision shop during the day. There is no schedule for pet care so I do my best to be open and flexible to drop in on your fur babies whenever they need it.

Safety, trust & environment

I own a reactive dog, so I understand body language and stress and how it can stack up during the day. A good balance of physical activity, combined with mental stimulation and TLC will help to ease any anxiety your pets might have while you’re gone. Many households (even myself) have cameras inside and out to keep an eye on pets and I always encourage parents to reach out if they think their pet needs an extra drop in regardless of if it’s scheduled or not. Pet sitting isn’t just a “30 minute drop in” it’s much much more to me.

Information Sherri N. would like to know about your pet

Any allergies and medications, reactivity/triggers, favorite games/toys, or habits will help me keep your pets happy and safe! The more I know the better I can take care of them!

A typical day

I let your pets tell me what they want to do! I find most of them enjoy going outside on walks or to play in the backyard. Some dogs enjoy puzzles and treat related activities and others just want to cuddle. I want each visit to be based on what your pet likes and wants to do.

Pet care experience

I’ve owned animals all my life, I worked at a doggy daycare for a few years in college and I’ve done pet sitting for family and friends for as long as I can remember. I’ve taken body language classes (since that’s how our pets communicate with us) and multiple training courses with my own dog. I’ve also owned fish, turtles, several small animals including hedgehogs, hamsters, birds and rabbits. I’m open to any pets not just cats and dogs 🖤

Sherri was great with my dog from start to finish. She genuinely loves pets and brought puzzles to play with my dog. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and gives you comprehensive updates daily. She sent me a ton of pictures and in almost all of them my dog was smiling. I recommend her 100% for any pet needs.

Sherri is great with dogs! She took care of my 2 cane corsos while I was gone on vacation and did a marvelous job at making sure they were loved in my absence. I would recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a great caregiver.
