She was extremely conscientious and was very sensitive to the cats issues especially since we were introducing two new cats into our one cat household and it was not the easiest dynamic. She was very attentive to the situation and the cats were doing well upon our return. She was very tuned into the directions about their food and litter and personalities. Izzy stayed at our home and everything was in perfect order upon our return. Izzy was very thoughtful and sending us pictures, videos, and updates.
