I have extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats, as well as other small pets including rabbits and guinea pigs. Growing up with both a small and a large dog gave me hands-on experience with different temperaments, activity levels, and care needs. Both dogs completed training programs—one as a puppy and the other later in life—which helped me develop an understanding of consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement in animal care. I understand the importance of providing quality walks, maintaining feeding schedules, paying close attention to grooming and hygiene, and ensuring pets receive proper exercise and enrichment. In addition, I have personally owned cats and am knowledgeable about their daily care needs, including providing fresh food and water, maintaining clean living spaces, monitoring behavior, and grooming as needed. I am attentive, dependable, and committed to ensuring pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Maria was great! She took such good care of my two cats, and was great about their early morning feedings. They loved her, and even my shy boy warmed up to her. Maria gave me updates and lots of photos so I knew they were safe and sound, and took good care of my home as well. Would definitely recommend Maria and will be using her again!
