I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Katie! From our meet and greet to the actual sitting she was always super flexible, supportive and communicative! Arya our corgi can be a little picky with food and sitters but she immediately vibed with Katie! Katie was always in touch , she was flexible with the time to arrive and she was always flexible with the transition in the last day of sitting! She also was super understanding of Arya's feeding needs, and kept us informed all the time on how she was doing, the walks they would go which gave us peace during our vacation. He was super communicative, followed all our (very detailed) instructions with care, and treated our space and pets with so much respect. Our dogs can be a bit quirky — especially with food and blankets — but Bryce handled everything smoothly and kept us updated so we could relax while we were gone.
