“WOW! Lindsey was amazing. More than amazing. Everything I could hope for in a sitter. Within 2 days she had my super shy girl sitting on her lap. This took my husband at least a year and a half to get to that point. She sent pictures showing the same shy girl playing with a wand without the other two cats butting in. They all loved her and from what I could tell, each kitty had equal play and loving. I came home to clean litter boxes, fresh water, happy cats, and a vacuumed house! She genuinely cared about my babies. I almost want to take trips just to have Lindsey come over and love on my cats ❣️”

About: Looking after your pet family is something I specialize in, I've had my own cats, dogs, and even fish since I was 12, and have experience with giving medication to the most stubborn of pets. Old or young, fur or scales, I'd love to give your pets the most comfortable experience :) Available for both weekdays, and weekends, so take those vacations without worry about leaving your pets behind! Can work with daily check-ins, or staying in house. Your pets will not have to stay in an unfamiliar environment while you are gone, this will cause them to be much less stressed about adapting to a strange place, and will make your furry friend the most comfortable!

About: As a family of animal lovers, we provide a safe, caring, and fun environment for your pets. My 11-year-old and 15-year-old children absolutely love animals and enjoy helping give them attention, playtime, and plenty of affection. We have a large yard where dogs can safely run and play, and we make sure they get regular walks and exercise. Have had experience with animals, including a senior dog all my life. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. I work from home and have a flexible schedule (adjust as needed), which allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I do not have a fence but will go out with your dog and take it for a walk. My kids look for dogs to pet and play with everywhere. Exercise is something I am trying to do in the summer, let me watch your dog and take them for a walk.

When I’m not at the shelter, I plan my schedule around Rover bookings like walks, drop-ins, and training. I make sure each visit has enough time and attention When I care for pets in a client’s home, I follow your routine that you provide so the pet stays comfortable and consistent in their environment

“I was very happy with Alex. She obviously took great care of my critters. Nahla was excited to go for a walk with me, and she didn’t want to go before! When we had our meet and greet, Nahla was enthralled with Alex and Simba came up and gave her a kiss! He only gives me kisses!!! That kind of clenched it for me. She sent a few photos and stayed in touch. I will use her again if she’ll have us.”

“This was my second experience utilizing Rover house sitting. Communication was excellent with photos and prompt replies. She even mopped the basement and cleaned the kitchen sink area, which was an added bonus. My understanding was that she and her husband would stop by 4 times a day and walk the dogs. The house smelled good upon arrival and my pets appeared to be in good health & spirits. In addition, she is a retired vet tech. So, yes, I would consider having the couple house sit again.”
