A++++++ communication- I never felt like she didn’t respond to texts in appropriate time. She dedicated her full time and attention to our situation/ booking while other dog sitters juggle a ton of clients and are not spending quality time making sure our dog was not stressed out and i feel ours felt constant companionship. Allie is top quality and I hate to over recommend her because i am sure she will get booked full time”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crystal. This was our first time leaving our dog with a sitter since before COVID and since he has been going through chemotherapy, so needless to say we were feeling very anxious about it. From the moment we first spoke, Crystal put all of our worries at ease. She was extremely responsive and communicative from even before our meet and greet, and we could immediately see that our dog would be exceptionally well taken care of. While we were away, Crystal provided frequent updates and pictures. Our dog can be a big handful (super dog reactive; complicated medication regime etc.), but Crystal made us feel SO comfortable and we were extremely confident that our pup was in great hands. She left our house cleaner than when we even left, and our dog clearly loved his time with her. We are so grateful for Crystal and will definitely be seeking out her help again!!!”

“I've never used Rover before but I am glad I did. January was a life saver. We book her to stay the day we were leaving. She came over and did a meet and greet before we left. January sent us pictures and kept us up to date on our dogs the whole time we were gone. She left our house in perfect condition. We travel often and will definitely be having her stay again when we travel.”

“Alex has stayed with my dogs twice now, for several nights each time. They like her and accept her as their caretaker with no difficulty in our absence. She treats them very well, meeting all their needs, and also giving them affection as much as we do. She follows all my instructions regarding my dogs and my home. She has taken good care of our house and when we return, it is as if no one was there, because she cleans up after herself. She leaves the house as clean or cleaner than it was when we left. I would recommend her as a dog sitter to anyone who needs someone to stay with their dogs (as long as it is not when I need her.?)”
